Gonadotropin Inhibition

Gonadotropin Inhibition General Information

Before one can understand the clinical concept that supports this therapy trial (Gonadotropin Inhibition), he or she should become familiar with certain professional medical terms. First of all, each individual should know that gonadotropins are hormones of a proteic nature that are secreted by the patient’s pituitary gland. In certain cases, they can be abbreviated as Gn. There are 2 main types of gonadotropins: FSH (the follicle stimulating hormone) and the LH (the luteinizing hormone). Both of these proteic hormones are formed of peptide chains (each hormone contains an alpha and a beta peptide chain); these 2 chains are linked one to another by van der Waals forces and by Hydrogen bonds. Although the alpha chains of LH and those of LSH are very similar, the beta chains of these 2 hormones are very different from one another, as they grant the specificity needed for interactions with certain receptors. The third type of gonadotropin hormones is the hCG (human chorionic gonadotropin) which is secreted by the placenta of a pregnant female.

The normal release of these hormones is directly controlled by another special hormone (the GnRH – the gonadotropin-releasing hormone) that is secreted by the hypothalamus (its preoptic area) and by the arcuate nucleus. The primary target organs for FSH and LH are the patient’s gonads (the ovaries, in the case of females, and the testes, in the case of male patients). However, the actions of these hormones also have an effect on various other types of cells, triggering multiple types of responses from the ovaries and / or the testes. In order to simplify the main effects of these hormones, one can say that the LH acts on the Leydig cells (special cells that are found in the gonads of male individuals) and on the theca cells (which are found in the gonads of female patients) – it controls the gonads production of testosterone (in an indirect manner, it also controls the organism’s secretion of estradiol) and that the FSH acts upon the testes’ spermatogenic tissue and on the ovaries (the granulosa cells that are found in the follicles).

Gonadotropin Inhibition

Before a patient starts to undergo such a medical therapy course, it is important that he or she becomes acquainted in detail with the main concept of the treatment and with the advantages (beneficial results) that it is expected to grant. In this way, the patient will find himself / herself much more motivated to adequately follow their Gonadotropin Inhibition trial, and, as a direct consequence of this matter, their therapies will have a greater chance of being considered a full success.

Undergoing a therapy course like Gonadotropin Inhibition treatments can offer you great benefits, depending on your age, sex, current health condition, and so on. In other words, if you are unsure why your main health care prescriber has advised you to start using such a medication, you should refer to him or her and ask them for the necessary explanations. In most cases, this therapy course (commonly referred to as Gonadotropin Inhibition) is prescribed to female individuals who want to avoid becoming pregnant, as this type of clinical therapy is one of the most effective contraceptive methods on the market. However, there are other clinical conditions, far more severe, which may require the regular use of Gonadotropin Inhibition agents. For example, clinical studies have shown that in cases of loss or failure of the gonads, the patient presents abnormally high blood levels of gonadotropins (FSH and LH especially).

Your personal health care provider should be able to tell you more about the way in which your following a therapy course with a certain Gonadotropin Inhibition agent can affect your blood levels of gonadotropins and for what reason is this beneficial in your case. You should also ask your PD if there is any natural way in which you can deal with excessive amounts of such hormones in your system. A natural treatment course that is effectively inhibiting the patient’s blood levels of such hormones should be sought, as it represents a much safer therapy option (individuals who follow such a treatment trial can avoid experiencing the unpleasant side effects that can be caused by inhibitory medical agents).

Gonadotropin Inhibition Treatment

In this chapter, we intend to present you some of the most common clinical remedies that can be prescribed to a certain patient (male or female) who undergoes a therapy course based on Gonadotropin Inhibition. However, you should not become alerted if your main health care provider has prescribed you the use of a certain medical product which is not listed in our presentation; it is important to trust your physician’s judgment concerning this matter, as the choice of the adequate medical product also depends on your current medical condition (especially on the presence of any hyper sensibilities), on your daily routine and / or life-style, on your age, sex, and so on. Before your medical prescriber decides which medicines you are to employ during your Gonadotropin Inhibition therapy course, he or she will want to discuss with you all these clinical aspects (in some cases, patients have had to undergo allergy tests in order to avoid such unpleasant complications during their therapy). Furthermore, your PD should also instruct you concerning the main risks and the expected benefits that are supposed to be yielded by such a therapy course.

The most common medical products that are prescribed to patients from all over the world who are following a Gonadotropin Inhibition therapy course include: Alesse (this is a common contraceptive; its main ingredients are levonorgestrel, ethinyl estradiol, etc), Apri (this drug belongs to the class of contraceptives, its generic name is ethinyl estradiol / desogestrel), Aranelle (this product is a sex hormone clinical combination, with effective contraceptive properties; its generic name is norethindrone / ethinyl estradiol). Another common medication is another contraceptive remedy called Aviane (the generic name for this clinical product is levonorgestrel / ethinyl estradiol). For further information please refer to your main medical prescriber.

The order was received in a timely fashion, the medications are of high grade, and were received in their original pharmaceutical company packaging. The products are effective, and unlike many online services, the medications I received from your company are 100% real.

3.0 out of 5 stars Timely order

  Customer since 5/18/2007 - (4 orders)

  Ordered Alesse

I thought everything about the order was good except that I wish my pills came in English. My understanding of pills is that they need to be taken in a certain order and I cannot tell from the packaging which end of the package I should start on.

3.0 out of 5 stars Difficulty with website on that day.
   By (SC, United States)
  Customer since 6/5/2008 - (8 orders)
  Ordered from
  Ordered Desogen

On 10-21-08 the website was not receiving orders. I tried placing an order, and when I couldn't I called the 800-number. The customer service reps couldn't use their network either, so they had to call me back. It took a total of four phone calls that day, from them to me, to place my order. They were very nice and I actually felt sorry for them when they had to deal with such a problem. They eventually did an excellent job of placing my order and getting me what I needed. Please watch the reliability of your network. Thanks. LG.
