Inclusion Conjunctivitis

Inclusion Conjunctivitis General Information

The medical condition commonly known as Inclusion Conjunctivitis is an inflammatory disorder; it affects the conjunctiva (a part of the eye - the membrane that is known to line the human eyelids, covering the sclera of the eye (the white part of the eye)). The responsible for this information is a sexually transmitted organism: Chlamydia trachomatis. Newborn children who are diagnosed with this medical condition are said to be suffering from the neonatal form of this disease. Adults who have been diagnosed with this medical condition are suffering from the adult form of this clinical disorder. Other synonyms for this type of conjunctivitis include: chlamydial conjunctivitis, inclusion blennorrhea, swimming pool conjunctivitis, and so on. Statistics have shown that 0.4% of all newborns are suffering from this type of conjunctivitis, as almost half of the children whose mothers were infected with this disease without following a proper therapy for it, develop Inclusion Conjunctivitis. The disorder is transmitted from the infected mother to the child through an infected birth canal; the first signs and symptoms of the disease appear after a couple of days (from 5 days to two weeks) after the child’s birth. Most cases of the adult from of this medical disorder are a result of the direct exposure to the genital secretions of an infected person. The infection can easily reach the eye: through the patient’s fingers, for example. However, this disease can also be transmitted by water (in poor chlorinated bath tubs, swimming pools, and so on). Some females stated that they had developed their medical condition by sharing make up. For further information about this medical condition, its causes, and so on, we strongly advise you to contact a health care professional like a doctor, a nurse, or at least a pharmacist.

Inclusion Conjunctivitis Symptoms

The presence of this medical condition (Inclusion Conjunctivitis) determines the appearance of a couple of symptoms (reactions) that enable a well trained medical professional set a correct diagnosis after a few medical tests. The first sign of this medical condition is the presence of the so called “follicular conjunctivitis”. The diagnosis for this medical disorder is easily set, as the doctor will surely recognize this medical condition if a prior therapy with antibiotics did not produce any benefits (the initial follicular conjunctivitis has not improved). With the use of gram stains, the doctor will be able to determine the type of micro-organism that has caused the disease.

Most newborn babies who are diagnosed with Inclusion Conjunctivitis start presenting symptoms a few days after their birth. Their conjunctivae and eyelids are swollen. In some cases, the patient’s eyes present symptoms such as an abnormal discharge. In most clinical cases, both of the baby’s eyes are affected by this inflammatory disorder. In the case of the adult form of this medical condition, only one eye is generally affected. The most common symptoms and / or signs that have been associated with the presence of this form of conjunctivitis include the presence of a stringy, abnormal mucus discharge. Some patients who have been diagnosed with Inclusion Conjunctivitis present follicles (little bumps) inside the lower eye lid. Red eyes are quite common among the sufferers of this disorder. In some severe cases, the presence of this inflammatory condition leads to corneal damage; this causes neovascularization (growth of new blood vessels) and visual disturbances (cloudy vision).

Inclusion Conjunctivitis Treatment

The average therapy option that is considered in the case of newborn babies who are suffering from the neonatal form of Inclusion Conjunctivitis is based on the administration of the ointment from of Tetracycline; the ointment should be applied on the patient’s conjunctiva. Other therapies that have proven their effectiveness (and that serve the same purpose) include the intake of the oral form of Erythromycin, or the IV (intravenous) administration of the same medicine (the average therapy span for such cases generally is two weeks). The mother of the infected baby should be treated for cervicitis, while the father should receive an immediate therapy for urethritis. This is very important, even if the parents do not present any symptoms of these disorders.

In the case of grown ups who have been diagnosed with the presence of the adult form of Inclusion Conjunctivitis, the average therapy option is the applying of Tetracycline drops or ointment. Adjacent therapies include the intake of Erythromycin and / or Amoxycillin. These therapies generally last for twenty-one days. Another option is the therapy with Doxycycline. In such cases, the treatment should not last for more than seven days. It is very important for all patients who have been diagnosed with this medical condition (Inclusion Conjunctivitis) to undergo regular clinical check ups (if possible, on a weekly basis). In this way, his or her personal health care provider will be able to closely monitor the progress of the therapy and make any potentially necessary adjustments. It is very important for all individuals to know that the use of the oral form of Tetracycline is not recommended in the case of children (who are suffering from the neonatal form of Inclusion Conjunctivitis) who do not yet have their permanent teeth. Furthermore, the use of this medicine should not be prescribed to pregnant females or to nursing mothers, as this can affect the normal growth of the unborn baby or that of the newborn child.

The untreated form of the neonatal Inclusion Conjunctivitis is known to generally persist for a couple of months (a year at most). In time, the disorder will heal. However, the child may present neovascularization and / or scarring. In the case of adult patients who do not treat their medical condition, the disorder will probably continue for months; in time, it will develop into corneal neovascularization. The available therapy options are not able to reverse the damage that has already been done. However, early therapy for this medical condition may prevent the complications. For further details (pieces information) regarding the most effective treatment options, and about the therapy options that would suit your medical condition best, we advise you to seek the help of a well trained professional.

5.0 out of 5 stars Testimonial
   By (`, United Kingdom)
  Customer since 3/24/2008 - (29 orders)
  Ordered from
  Ordered Vibramycin

Dear Mr Tosh Brown,

I am a long time customer, and I would very much like to write a testimonial
and I have some comments as well. I actually was on my way to write you a
testimonial in a normal letter because I could not find out were to post one
elsewhere.

Testimonial:

"I have been sick for years, and I have used over half a dozen
Internet-pharmacies. None of them even come close to this one. Shipments are
fast, prices are low, customer service is right there for you 24/7. That's
why I come back time after time."

Well, the reason I wanted to write to you Mr. Brown is that I wanted to let
you know how much your service is valued. And I am not talking about the
prices, I am talking about life or death, about being able to work, or not.

I am not sure if you have noticed but there is a great "controversy"
regarding the treatment of lyme disease. There is one group of doctor (the
majority) who claim that lyme disease is not a serious illness, which goes
away by itself or with a short abx course, and there's another group of
doctors (the ILADS) who take this very seriously, and treat patients until
they are cured.

The last group of doctor are hard to get appointments with (because there's
so many who are sick), and as of now there's one some hundred of them in the
US. You can see a clip of how the situation is here: http://www.youtube
com/watch?v=sxWgS0XLVqw

Where you come in, is by giving these patients an option to treat and get
their life back. It's many who can't find or get appointments with doctors
from the ILADS, and in many countries (such as Norway) there are no ILADS
doctor. Patients are left to themselves.

We are doing our own effort to help these patients with a project we are
trying to get started:

There are practically none who get the diagnose of "chronic lyme" because
there's so few ILADS doctors. And all of those who really should have got
the diagnose of chronic lyme end up with other diagnosis. Diagnosis based on
which symptoms they have rather than address the cause. Multiple Sclerosis
is such a diagnose. It's not know what causes it. The criteria to get it is
that you have a certain "symptom package".

Nobel prize nominee Lida Matmann has found bacteria which might be lyme in
brains from people dead with MS. And Norwegian scientist Brorson has found
cystic bacteria which might be lyme in 10/10 spinal fluid samples from MS
patients.

But note that I say "might be lyme", and the reason for that is simply that
to be able to say for certain which bacteria one has found, one needs a
positive DNA identification. And because the bacteria is curled up in cysts,
it's hard to get to the DNA. The pilot study which we are trying to get
started is based on taking samples from patients with MS, add a cyst
breaking substance, and than try to get the positive DNA confirmation. If we
get the done, it'll change the view on "MS" worldwide.

5.0 out of 5 stars Once again, superior service from PharmacyEscrow.com
   By (LA, United States)
  Customer since 1/31/2005 - (11 orders)
  Ordered from
  Ordered Doxine

My doctor suggested I try chlortalidone for hypertension. As this is very expensive in the states, naturally I search PharmacyEscrow.com and found it at a very affordable price. I placed the order and renewed prescriptions for terazosin and doxycycline. I had a brief question and was able to immediately converse with a representative online about applying a discount code. The chlortalidone arrived within 10 days, efficiently packaged and delivered to my door. The terazosin and doxycycline arrived six days later, also to my door, and also well packaged, a very satisfactory order.

5.0 out of 5 stars Fast, secure and genuine
   By (Essex, United Kingdom)
  Customer since 10/27/2007 - (3 orders)
  Ordered from
  Ordered Doxine

These medications arrived within 3 weeks, which seemed very reasonable considering the location of the pharmacy.
All were packaged carefully and securely, in safe, sealed bottles / blister packs.
They were clearly marked with their strength and use-by dates (which were good for another 2 years, so these were recently manufactured).
And we can confirm the medication did what they were supposed to do, so very happy with the quality too.
