As PharmacyEscrow.com is not a pharmacy but only an escrow service between you and the pharmacy, it is our job to protect both parties during the transaction. When placing an order with our service it is very important you understand that once a medication has been shipped, it cannot be returned for any reason. If for some reason your order didn't arrive within the scheduled delivery time or was damaged we will issue an immediate reshipment or refund depending on the given situation. The customer is not held responsible for this. If the pharmacy ships you out the wrong medication by mistake they will send you a new shipment to compensate for the error*. It is in this manner that we can keep the prices low and ensure a safe and fraud free environment for everyone involved.
If your order has not already been shipped and you wish to cancel you will be charged a $20.00 USD cancellation fee.
After 15 days we will automatically cancel and refund any orders that are placed and charged but are missing information we require to proceed to the next step. For example, if you place an order and don't provide us with your health information or a medical prescription, we will try to contact you for 15 days and if you do not respond we will issue a refund minus the cancellation fee.
If the reason for the cancellation is due to a shortage or backorder of a medication or a problem with PharmacyEscrow.com or any of the pharmacies we will not charge you any cancellation fees.
Once the refund is issued it will take approximately 5-7 business days to appear in your account. The refund will reflect in your next billing cycle.
*Please note they can only dispatch this new shipment once you have sent back and they have received the original shipment.
