Helpful staff, quick replacement of damaged item

This was my first order with Pharmacy Escrow, and the staff was very helpful with the information they provided via the Online Chat feature. The products arrived within the estimated delivery times, which was quite good. One of the products was damaged, which i reported by email, and was given instructions for how to get it replaced. The replacement arrived even quicker than the original order, which was better service than I expected.

The staff was "too honest"...

This order went very smoothly. Ordered on the website, no problems, very quick delivery, no need to contact the staff for any reason.
But what caught my attention was an email I received from Customer Service apologizing that their Internet Service had been down for 24 hours, and asking if I needed anything. Most companies would try to play down a situation like this, so I admired the honest communication from the staff. They weren't really "too honest", but they did go out of their way to give all the facts.

Impressed with security and personal care

I have placed multiple orders through the Escrow Service, and have been pleased with the ease of the process each time. I find the website very easy to navigate, with the products organized in a way that makes sense (including listing other products that might be useful with the one you're ordering). I especially like the precautions that are taken when payment is rendered, and the thoroughness with which credit cards are verified. The Escrow Service has a very high security standard, and if all the "t's" are not crossed, the charge will not go through. But -- if that happens (and it happened once to me), I contacted them by phone and they took special care to authorize my card by hand. I was impressed by the security cautions and the personal care.

I will be back to reorder again

I placed this as a test order to see if i would actually get what i paid for and i was not dissapointed. Normally i will spend over 5k a year on various medication for myself and my family, i know now that i can save alot by ordering here and i will be back as a return customer because this is a very efficiant website. The customer service people are excellent and the products are top quality.

Ease of use

This has been a very good experience ordering prescriptions on line. I have had no trouble with staff or receiving my order. It is very convenient that they will also give you a heads up when your order may be getting low. I have no complaints and will continue to use this easy and convenient service.
