So much cheaper for same inhaler product!!!

My order was easy the person was helpful when I called because I had a problem with online ordering. The albuterol inhaler was the same as I had paid 50.00 US for!!!

My order went very smoothly and arrived within the time specified. The items were all properly labeled and packaged, expiry dates were far in the future. I was very happy with both the pricing and service, and would gladly recommend this to friends.

I HAVE NEVER HAD AN ISSUE WITH THE QUALITY OR SERVICE OF YOUR COMPANY. I ALWAYS ALLOW 3 WEEKS FOR DELIVERY BUT HAVE ALWAYS RECEIVED IN TWO. MY ITEMS ALWAYS ARRIVE IS PERFECT CONDITION.

Excellent Service!

I was not able to place this order online as I usually do due to the website experiencing difficulties. I called customer service and the representative was able to place the order for me. He was extremely courteous and helpful. My medication arrived in less than three weeks. Your service is outstanding and I am a very satisfied customer!

Negative Turned Postive!

I have been a customer for several years now and while every company has glitches not every company goes out of their way to facilitate the customer...except you!

I had a problem getting my visa card accepted for this order, even though I have used the same card several times. Upon calling your customer service department and following their advice, I still had problems.

After many calls to my bank and your customer service, I finally had resolution! A rep of your company took the time to investigate the problem and within 15 minutes...had my card approved and my order started! I was speechless.

He was pleasant, helpful and very courteous on the phone and I was so pleased with his handling of my order and account. THANK YOU! for training an excellent staff.

My order was received with no further problems and I will be back to place another order.

It is a pleasure dealing with a company that truly cares about their customers.

excellent service

I found the order very easy to place. The order system was easy to use and I was able to choose which supplier I wanted the prescription to come from based on the various prices available from the different supplier regions.
I didn't encounter any difficulties in the order process. I felt that my file was evaluated in depth. It took a week to get approval to fill the prescription.
I was very satisfied with the results and the products received.
I did find the shipping time to be longer than I expected. It seemed to be the maximum amount of time allotted for the delivery type chosen.
In terms of improvement areas, the only one I would mention would be to have a process for informing me after the approval of the order and when prescription arrives at my door. I think that 2.5 to 3 weeks went by. I was suddenly surprised to receive the prescription.
At the very least, I would have liked to see PharmacyEscrow.com keep me informed of when the order was sent. It would have reassured me that things were still in process and too expect the delivery soon.

Great product/great customer service

Overall, great stuff. I feel a definite peace of mind when ordering from pharmacyescrow.com. In the past, I have been ‘stiffed’ by other online Rx and non Rx drug vendors. I think that for this reason, many people wrongfully presume that all online drug vendors peddle quack pharmaceuticals at best, and at worst, will take their money and not deliver. Forget about all of your negative past experiences, because pharmacyescrow.com is miles and miles above the competition in terms of delivering quality products at competitive pricing. The generics that pharmacyescrow.com markets are on par with top, name brand originals. In my case, I purchased generic albuterol and found it to be equally effective to the name brand original I have used previously, for about 1/8th the cost. Even with my health insurance taken into account, the generic albuterol I purchased from pharmacyescrow.com was STILL more inexpensive after my health insurance compensation for the product I would receive at a USA pharmacy. pharmacyescrow.com has always come through for me, and I still have all my digits intact, in comparison with USA original pharmaceutical labels, who cost the patient an arm and a leg !

Great customer service

The order i placed with PharmacyEscrow.com was very good quality and cheaper than paying my deductible with my insurance benefits. It was promptly delivery. Very helpful customer service by phone. A little to long on the wait line to get to talk to someone, but once I got them they were very helpful.
