Good (as usual) with a little bump

Ventolin was great. Arcoxia was delayed and there was no notice as to why or that it was delayed.
Shipping was good.

The cytomel and zaiten arrived really quick, within 8 days, the ventolin and wellbutrin took aprox 18 days. Products are very well shipped arriving in exceptional condition!!!

The shipping is a little slow, but it is what you order. This is a great way to save money as these inhalers in the US are almost 51 dollars each. I get twice that for my money.

RX is great but not Credit Card process

I've been using PharmacyEscrow.com for 4 years now. I've never had a problem with the quality of drugs, shipping or delivery. However, Placing an order with a credit card has been a problem every single time. Sometimes PharmacyEscrow.com will accept/take AMEX, sometimes they don't. A bank card transaction always means another call to my bank to release the over-seas charge. My experience with PharmacyEscrow.com would be a perfect score all around if they would get their credit card issues fixed. It's time PharmacyEscrow.com started accepting all credit cards - all of the time.

Great customer service

The order i placed with PharmacyEscrow.com was very good quality and cheaper than paying my deductible with my insurance benefits. It was promptly delivery. Very helpful customer service by phone. A little to long on the wait line to get to talk to someone, but once I got them they were very helpful.

excellent service

I found the order very easy to place. The order system was easy to use and I was able to choose which supplier I wanted the prescription to come from based on the various prices available from the different supplier regions.
I didn't encounter any difficulties in the order process. I felt that my file was evaluated in depth. It took a week to get approval to fill the prescription.
I was very satisfied with the results and the products received.
I did find the shipping time to be longer than I expected. It seemed to be the maximum amount of time allotted for the delivery type chosen.
In terms of improvement areas, the only one I would mention would be to have a process for informing me after the approval of the order and when prescription arrives at my door. I think that 2.5 to 3 weeks went by. I was suddenly surprised to receive the prescription.
At the very least, I would have liked to see PharmacyEscrow.com keep me informed of when the order was sent. It would have reassured me that things were still in process and too expect the delivery soon.

Delivery incomplete, but satisfactory amendment

The order in general went quite smooth.
The ordered products have arrived after 4 weeks, which is a long but still acceptable processing time.
This time, the order was incomplete. I placed a reclamation and requested the missing items.
They have been delivered 3 weeks later.

So, on the one hand a appreciate the trustworthiness of Pharmacyescrow.com and the reliability of the support.
On the other hand, I have received no written statements, such that they have received the reclamation, or that they are processing it, or that a new delivery has been initiated. Until I have received the new package, I had no idea if anything would happen. Here is definitely room for improvement.

General Review of Your Service

For the most part, things have gone well. I had one order that arrived incomplete but we fixed it on the phone. However, your ""Free Lifetime Shipping" program is dishonest because you limit the shipments to 4 per year. If I were your legal adviser, I would put (Restrictions Apply) next to the box. Also, if you want to increase your sales dump the "Double your order" and offer free shipping on all orders above a minimum level. You could offer "Free Shipping on all orders above $250" (Or some other minimum.)
On the whole, I am happy with your service. The last recommendation I would have is if your telephone people at home, phone them in the evening. I got one call when I was asleep and the entire order got fouled up because I wasn't awake.
