I have been a customer for several years now and have enjoyed the savings from PharmacyEscrow.com. Only once have I had any problems. The last order I made the expiration date on the medication would occur before I used all the medication. I called the customer service center and they sent me a replacement with the proper expiration date. I was nervous about the whole process, but I returned the medication and my new medication arrived as planned. I will continue to use PharmacyEscrow.com because of their customer service.

Treatment of Misdelivery of Product

The major deficiency of this order is the repeated missing order of Celexa and Remeron. The live chat function provides a best means for me to communicate with your company in solving the delivery problem. Your staff is helpful in explaining why it may happen through the interactive live chat. They have to pacify the discontent of the client.

However, there is one point for your company to consider is: how to enhance the effectiveness of the product delivery to the client and avoid the misdelivery. It helps preventing the necessity of remedial work.

I was skeptical about ordering online because I was worried that the drugs might be fake. However, this was not the case. This was genuine.

Placing my order was an easy and intuitive process. After I had placed my order, it turned out that some of my information was incomplete. I was contacted immediately by a very helpful customer service rep, and within five minutes on the phone, he had helped me to complete my order. My order was then processed very quickly and I received my order sooner than I had expected. The product was well packaged and clearly marked. I will most definitely use this service again!

I've purchased from PharmacyEscrow.com on three different occasions, and they've provided quick, reliable service every time. What I particularly appreciate are the step-by-step e-mail updates I receive from them. They e-mail me no less than 8 or 10 times for each order that I place to let me know where in the process my order is. They provide me w/ a tracking number, once my shipment has reached the United States, and they provide telephone numbers to contact their customer service department should I need to. In addition, they have the best prices of any site that I've researched. I will continue doing business w/ PharmacyEscrow.com. Thank you!

Shipping seems to get faster every time!

I've been ordering my prescriptions from PharmacyEscrow for over a year now. I don't favor one out-sourced country over another, I usually just choose whatever is the least expensive, since I know they guarantee the quality regardless of where it comes from.
I have noticed, though, that the shipping speed seems to get faster and faster with each order I place. I will definitely keep using PharmacyEscrow.

This shipment took only 17 days from order date to arrival. Things seem to be getting even faster than they used to be with Pharmacy Escrow's discreet shipping policies. I couldn't be happier with my medication. The order was accurate and arrived within the order window. The medication is the same that I've been getting at my US pharmacy--just a whole lot less expensive!

This was my second order through Pharmacy Escrow and, wow! What great service! I receive e-mails throughout the entire process updating me on every step of the way. I ordered Celexa on this order and received in exactly when expected. The Celexa I received is the exact same as the Celexa that I get at my local pharmacy and is just as effective. The prices are the best I've found! One of my favorite things about this site is that once you log back in for a refill or to place another order, the prices are even cheaper. This company really does what they can to keep their customers serviced and happy! They aren't just out to get that first sale...They want you to keep coming back and to refer your friends and family! Thank you Pharmacy Escrow! I will be ordering again and again!
