ORDERING WAS EASY.....AND I LIKE THE PREMIUM MEMBERSHIP SHIPPING FOR LIFE.....I PLAN TO KEEP ORDERING MY REGULAR MEDICATIONS NOW ONLINE SINCE I GOT REALLY FED UP WITH MY PHARMACY AND INSURANCE COMPANY MAKING CHANGES THAT COST ME MORE AND MORE OVER THE YEARS. NOW I CAN GET MY MEDS FOR AROUND $600.00 LESS PER YEAR THAN BY GOING THROUGH THEM,
DELIVERY WAS ON TIME AND IT WAS HELPFUL TO TRACK MY ORDER.....MY ONLY COMPLAINT IS THAT THE PACKAGE ARRIVED INTACT BUT OPENED ON ONE SIDE SO I WAS AFRAID I DID NOT GET ALL OF MY ORDER. IT WAS ALL THERE BUT I WONDER WHY THE PACKAGE WAS SLIT OPENED ON ONE SIDE AND NOT RESEALED IF IT WAS DONE BY CUSTOMS

My order was delivered as expected and on time. I was reminded of the refill in advance so I can get the replacement medicine on time. I liked the fact that the doctor reviewed my file to ensure safety.

I am pleased with the service I get when I call. Your reps are always very polite and helpful. I just chatted with Amy and she was very helpful.

Service above and beyond

Once registered the website it is very easy to follow. All products are efficiently found and choice of Pharmacy is well explained.
Medical questions were very efficiently handled and the speed of response meant you were not waiting for days or in one case hours, the response was in minutes.
I had a small problem with payment, but that was my problem and not the companies, although they helped me through that phase.My order was dispatched without delay and delivered to England well within the expected time scale.

I was informed by e-mail as each process was completed, with a completion e-mail just after delivery. Excellent,convenient and very personnel service you have my vote and I will be back
