Excellent service after contacting about my late order

I placed my order for cytomel on November 28 , 2008. I expected to receive my order in about 3 weeks but it never came. However when I emailed the company about my missing order on January 3,2009, I received an email response and they immediately reordered for me. My original order arrived finally in about 12 days. I am satisfied that even though my original order was late, they explained a possible problem with customs and immediately reordered. The only complaint is that they couldn't track the order and inform me about a problem and ask if I had received my order. However, I understand with an overseas order delays are possible. I will keep this in mind but I would have no problem placing more orders because the customer service was very thorough and satisfactory. My order was packaged very well with wrapping for protection.

Great Service

Ordering was extremely easy. I had a problem with the card I used and the online staff were very helpful in solving the problem and getting the order placed. They were very friendly and courteous. Shipping was surprisingly fast considering it was coming from a foreign country. The product was the real deal, the packaging not tampered with.

I didn't use priority order or shipping and I still rec'd my shipment within 7 days. It was exactly what I had ordered. I also liked the fact that I had the option to order it in a discreet package. That way the mail man, nosy neighbors or my teenage children didn't have to know what it was.

The prescription was generic, but when I researched the generic version it showed that it was the same strength and dosage as non generic. All that and less money too. Thanks

Too Bad it take so long for the product to reach you

I order different products from overseas all the time and your company is the absolute worst in providing a decent delivery time frame. Your products are good, but the any benefit realized from the quality if completely negated by the fact that it seems like it takes and eternity to get here.

I had a wonderful experience with PharmacyEscrow.com. From the very start they were very helpful with the live chat feature. They answered all of my questions with detail. I got my drugs in the time that they specified 10 - 14 days. They came in perfect condition and exactly what i ordered. I will DEFIANTLY be ordering from them again.
