Emails

The product arrived in about 3 weeks, an acceptable amount of time. But I find the series of emails confusing. The first indicate order was received, and then payment was processed. The third email indicates the order is complete: which appears to mean that the order has been placed with the distributor. Then one hears nothing for perhaps two to three weeks during what is (I assume) the shipping process. It would be nice to get a note that says "product has been shipped today from (country) via (Standard mail, UPS, etc) and should arrive by xx/xx/xxxx". The silence between emails during the shipping process is disconcerting.

I received my order in under the specified time which I thought was a very fair time line, so to receive it earlier says a lot. As well during the time from placing my order to when it arrived I was in contact with PharmacyEscrow.com representatives on many occasions by both phone and computer for information. They were all extremely helpful and totally on top of everything for me making me feel very well taken care of............Thank you Brian L

Having used many other services of this kind I can wholeheartedly recommend this one to people as one of the best above all the others. The site is easy to use and keeps you updated at every stage of the process. The discreet packaging is just that. Delivery is very fast so you need never run out. Fast, Private and The Real Thing

My second order was just like the first- fast shipping (and I am in Japan). Discreet package- no flashy labels or other attention attracting issues so my order stays private. And the item is the real thing. Same box and everything as from a doctor (except in English and costs less)!

I just wanted you to know how easy it was to place my order. I found what I was looking for in a snap on your web site. I had no problems with the payment and the reminder e-mails I received about the billing were very helpful. Shipping time was faster than I had expected. It only took a few weeks for my order to arrive. I talked to customer service and they were very nice and helpful. The product quality was also good.

It’s a shame that in many countries GP’s can’t or won’t provide the best
service, sometimes you have to take you own health into you own hands.

Skeptic like me? Don't be it's easy as 123

I was very skeptical about shelling out a huge amount of money to buy my medications online. After some quick online research I decided to place my order. There are various payment options to fit different needs and after my payment cleared my order was shipped. Being skeptical I used the live chat to find out where my order was and after a couple security questions the associate on the other end was able to answer my questions to my satisfaction. After my order arrived I was able to look online to verify what I was shipped was a actual product being produced. I was very pleased with the results of this transaction. and have placed my 2nd order.

Good, but a little surprised

I received the items I ordered, and they were what I needed, so I can't really complain. I will say, however, that I was surprised that my items came from Turkey (I thought I was ordering from Canada), and one of the items was not the brand name I thought I was getting, but rather an equivalent brand name from Turkey. Like I said, it was what I needed, but still, I felt like the information about what I was getting and where it was coming from should have been clearer. Also, the shipping takes forever--when they say 21 business days, or whatever, they really mean it. So if you need your medication faster, you'll need to pay for quicker shipping than the standard.
