Too Bad it take so long for the product to reach you

I order different products from overseas all the time and your company is the absolute worst in providing a decent delivery time frame. Your products are good, but the any benefit realized from the quality if completely negated by the fact that it seems like it takes and eternity to get here.

Cytomel

This was my first order from Pharmacyescrow.com. I actually ordered it over the phone and not the internet. The only reason that I am giving it a 2 rating is because the employees of Pharmacyescrow.com were so nice to work with and the shipping was fast. The price of the medicine was also reasonable. I would have given it a 1 rating otherwise. I bought this medicine for some thyroid issues that were happening and this medicine was recommended. I didn't notice any difference in the way I was feeling at all. I don't know if my expectations were too high but or if this medication was just not right for me. Synopsis: Pharmacyescrow.com was awesome but medication wasn't

Shipping/ Pharmacy Issues

Usually I have a great experience with you guys, but this time there were some frustrations. I placed an order only to be told 11 days later that the pharmacy couldn't fulfill the order and it would be a full 20 days after I placed the order that it would finally be shipped. Had I know that it wasn't in stock I would have initially ordered from a different pharmacy. And there was no negotiating any sort of "let's get something to you sooner, you can receive half now and half later if there's this shipping fee, we checked another pharmacy, would you like to switch?", there was no options for that. So I ordered from the Indian pharmacy a smaller amount and spoke to a customer service rep about whether or not it would arrive prior to the initial order and I was ASSURED, promised even that it would be. And that's not going to be the case. I know there are unforeseen events and you can't plan for everything but there should be contingencies as well. This was really frustrating for me.
