The order JGH234595 was changed. It arrived 960 pills of cytotec. Joined two orders, JGH234595 with JGH233767. After that, arrived the order JGH234595 with 120 pills. The orders arrived at same postal box. The pharmacy delayed sending pills.

I am overall happy with the quality and shipping of this product. It is the same as I have recieved from my doctor but cheaper.

Order in advance.

I wish i didn't need these products, if you order them you will know why, but they are a lifesaver, just be sure to order well in advance as shipping can take up to 4 weeks.

I think my order was established and delivered in a timely manner. The shipping was ok since coming overseas. I think if having more prescriptions closer to or near the U.S. could improve shipping. Overall I think the service was good and accurate.

Processing and shipping was longer then claimed.

Speaking in business days, they processing time was almost 2 weeks. Shipping took a good amount also. I understand fully that customs cannot be avoided. But it too Pharmacy Escrow days to get it shipped! There is a difference between 10-16 days to receive order and waiting a month total!

It was pretty good

The pricing was very much better than the rest of the places online and I received several phone calls to help me with my order, so you have great customer service. The only thing that I had a problem with was your shipping and you don't have that big of a selection.
The shipping takes way to long, and i would be willing to pay more for faster shipping. It is because of that, that i am ordering some of my medicines from a different place this time. They offer shipping in 5 days and your shipping takes too long.
Your site is pretty easy to navigate, but I also suggest letting people pick their own log in information, because most people are too lazy to remember something difficult.

I rated the support this way because i thought i was provided with good service. My order came within 10 days of my purchase. It would be even better if it came sooner but oh well...still good service.

Unexpectedly fast service and positive support

I am rating this transaction a five for several reasons. I was initially leery about making a purchase of medicine online because of so many scams that are out there. Checked the web fraud site and did not see them there. After doing several searches over a 48hr period, I decided to try my luck at Pharmacy Escrow. For the prices and the shipping time, it was the best deal. My worry again was perhaps they were not a real company and that i would lose my money, but I reasoned that for the price of the medication I was ordering, it was worth the risk as it can be very pricey for such a small amount. I put the items in my cart and several minutes later received an email about my order. I called the customer line and spoke to a REAL PERSON about my order and payment options.I had already tried to call other websites' customer service lines but they either had a voice mail set up or only online message request-- what an insult when you want a quick response! Pharmacy escrow was looking much better as a reliable service at this point. After talking to an agent, I went back online to complete my order. I received a phone call within a few hours to confirm that my order had been placed and my payment received. Within 24 hours, my medical profile was approved and I received my tracking information. The only issue with not getting 5 stars is that the tracking didn't work when I tried to check it online, but the wonderful thing was that the EMS shipping was actually closer to 10 days which is really fast considering the location of the company. I was really pleased with the discreet package, the packing, and the authenticity of the medicine(untampered labeling, instructions, etc). I will be ordering again and I do recommend this site above all others for any medicine orders that one would need. I really was impressed overall that I could talk to someone about my order and that they were readily accessible (no long wait, no pauses to check information, etc). I feel that this is a site that indeed is trustworthy and will be ordering again.

Not the best service for these products

Before I begin a review of the service, I'd like to explain that the products I ordered, Mifeprex and Cytotec, need to be taken in a timely manner. Unless you are aware within two weeks of your first missed period that you desire to take these products, you might want to find your prescription elsewhere.

I found PharmacyEscrow.com to be very informative, easy to use, and helpful with all issues that came up. If it weren't for the little things like "Customers who buy Mifeprex also purchase:" I would have never realized that I needed to buy Cytotec. Tracking my order was easy, following it as it moved from escrow to physicians review to being filled made me excited at the speed it was traveling. As I waited for the package to be tracked by the USPS, I got antsy and sent a message to support asking why I couldn't see it on their website. They sent me a lovely note explaining that I wouldn't be able to see it until it got to the US please give it some shipping time to reach me but feel free to contact them with any more concerns.

I was treated very well in all regards and will use PharmacyEscrow.com again soon for any further needs.
