A little surprised...

I was disappointed (and a little surprised) with this last delivery, considering how “perfect” the previous delivery was. I don’t like your processing of international (from the U.S.) orders. There are too many steps (and it transfers me to a 3-party site). Why is purchasing from the U.S. so difficult? I have to go through all these different screens, just to bill my transaction to my card. I purchase all sorts of items over the Internet, including from other international companies. I’ve never had any problems with my card being processed (until now). My concern is that I will eventually miss my medication’s deadline, because I won’t be able to get the transaction to go through. Will your system for accepting U.S. payments be changing in the future to a more “user-friendly” option? Also, when I first started using your company (when it was DrugDelivery.ca), I NEVER had problems purchasing online...what changed??
