Outstanding Service

I have ordered from Pharmacy Escrow multiple times now, and have been a customer for nearly a year. Everything is as advertised except the customer service, it is better. They offer guidance for every step of the process should you want or need it. However it does not stop after the order is placed, they continue by updating you on your order as it progresses through their system all the way to delivery and sometimes afterwards. What a refreshing way to do business.

Excellent customer service

I live in Texas and have used Pharmacy Escrow a number of times now. The customer service has been outstanding. I am kept informed of every stage as the order is processed. Should any issue arise they contact me immediately. The site is easy to use and they are trustworthy. They also offer discounts on refills as a way to thank you for your service. Many businesses could learn from their example. I would have given them 5 stars but that is something I never do even though the service and product are fantastic. I do not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. They know how to take care of their customers.

First order from you

I am not very good with working on the computer but your staff on the phone were helpful in walking me through the steps. I also liked your chat room where you can have questions answered.
I do wonder if you would include any paperwork telling the consumer about any problems you might have in using a new medicine. I will certainly reorder from you when I run out.

Motilum

This was an excellent purchase. A few years ago I bought Motilum from another online pharmacy but they did not have the brand form only the generic one. I bought it anyway but I wasn't very pleased with what I got. The tablets were flavored and I didn't like that. The tablets I got from Escrow were totally different. They are the original tablets I used to get from the chemist. But the chemist gives you only a 20 tablets box and it costs a lot, especially if you need to take Motilum regularly. Escrow sells boxes of 100 tablets and the price is very competitive much lower than it would be if I got 100 tablets from the chemist. FANTASTIC, I NEVER SAVED SO MUCH MONEY!

Everyone that contacted me after my initial order placement was very knowledgeable and always pleasant and helpful. Several follow-up calls were made to inform me of my order status, and I appreciated that. The length of time to actually receive my order was longer than I had hoped for, but everything else was great. The order arrived well packaged and the the product works well for us.

Good experience with this company

I received the medication within 3 weeks, as promised. The company called to make sure I had all my questions answered and to give a contact number if I experienced difficulties with the order. The reason I am rating this 4 stars is because the medication came with no information at all...no dosage, side effects, cautions, etc. I had to call my specialist in America for this information (which really was no problem, just a hassle). The medication is being taken to help with moderate gastro paresis and is working well! I have been taking the medication 3-4 times daily before meals for 2 weeks.
