Good experience with this company

I received the medication within 3 weeks, as promised. The company called to make sure I had all my questions answered and to give a contact number if I experienced difficulties with the order. The reason I am rating this 4 stars is because the medication came with no information at all...no dosage, side effects, cautions, etc. I had to call my specialist in America for this information (which really was no problem, just a hassle). The medication is being taken to help with moderate gastro paresis and is working well! I have been taking the medication 3-4 times daily before meals for 2 weeks.

First order from you

I am not very good with working on the computer but your staff on the phone were helpful in walking me through the steps. I also liked your chat room where you can have questions answered.
I do wonder if you would include any paperwork telling the consumer about any problems you might have in using a new medicine. I will certainly reorder from you when I run out.

Excellent customer service

I live in Texas and have used Pharmacy Escrow a number of times now. The customer service has been outstanding. I am kept informed of every stage as the order is processed. Should any issue arise they contact me immediately. The site is easy to use and they are trustworthy. They also offer discounts on refills as a way to thank you for your service. Many businesses could learn from their example. I would have given them 5 stars but that is something I never do even though the service and product are fantastic. I do not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. They know how to take care of their customers.

Motilium

Motilium is a great medication for people like me who suffer from reflux. I take it 20-30 minutes before meals and I don't have any problem. The only thing I don't like about this product is that it comes in aluminum foil packets that make it a bit difficult to use, especially if you don't have much space in your pockets or your suit. But it's really a minor issue. Overall it's an excellent product.

Great Customer Service

I am very pleased with the service Escrow has provided regarding my order. When I placed my initial order the company was listed as PharmacyEscrow.com. This website was customer friendly and fairly easy to navigate. I did have some questions regarding the order considering it was placed out of the country and concerns about my prescription, yet customer service was very pleasant in meeting my needs as well as responding in a timely fashion via e-mail. I also appreciated the daily updates regarding my order in regards to processing, payment, and shipping. I thought overall the service was great. The only thing I would change is if there was anyway to receive the prescription quicker, it has taken up to 4 weeks to get my prescription from the order date.

First Time Ordering

We have only just started using the medicine, Domperidone, so we can't comment on it's efficacy, but the package arrived within the estimated time limit. In an attempt to assure quality standards we had requested that the product come from Europe; however, the package clearly had a Mumbai, India address stamped on it. The actual blister packs had quite a bit of sticky residue on them.
