Alendronate Bone protection while on cortisol HRT

I was diagnosed with Addison's Disease 4 years ago and have like many finished up on a range of drug treatments for both the complications of the disease and to counteract some of the effects of being on steroid replacement therapy.
Alendronate is prescribed to protect my bones from the loss of bone mass, which is a side effect of being on cortisol HRT. Alendronate works really well and as a result of taking it I have not developed osteoporosis.
But it seems to help in another way in that by ensuring bone is not lost to the same degree, and loss is via the blood stream, as such if you are loosing bone then your blood calcium level can rise significantly causing confusion. With being on calcium D3 as well, then if I do not take Alendronate for a few weeks then my blood calcium level starts to rise and eventually I become confused, foggy and sleepy. I have repeated this on 3 occasions and every time the same foggy confusion results.
This has made me realize just how important it is to take Alendronate on a regular basis as it is so beneficial for my condition and complications.
I looked all over the internet for a supplier of Alendronate at a reasonable price with it being an expensive drug probably because it works so well, but the only company I have found that supplies Alondronate at a reasonable price is Pharmacyescrow. So I have quickly ordered and took advantage of the low price. The item that arrived is identical to the one I was prescribed in the UK. Pharmacyescrow, I don’t know what I would do without you.
