Good and bad

The meds seem fine. However I had a bad experience with customer service [Andy] who would not even consider correcting an incorrect order for which we'd waited for almost 5 weeks.

I don't know if I a brain fade and ordered ampules [to inject the meds] or what but I'd like to think I'm smarter than that.

The fact remained, I rec'd a completely useless med and did not have the med my husband really needed. Any was smug and just this side of rude and insulting.

I wrote an email to his boss Alex K who very professionally shipped me a new order at no extra charge and got it here in about 2 weeks.

I'm very grateful for his consideration and even though it's impossible to know who misordered, Mr. K was only concerned with replacing the med correctly and helping us with our needs.

Because of him, I will remain a customer.
