I am so impressed with your customer service. It is simple and quick to order refills and you even send a reminder, if requested, of when it's time to refill. I find the reminder helpful because I have to leave plenty of time for shipping. The medication arrived when promised and this is very important to me as I don't want to be without my medication even for one day. I needed to speak with your customer service about the shipping process and they were very helpful and polite, answering all my questions satisfactorily. The product arrived in excellent condition and is exactly what I ordered. Thank you for doing exactly what you say you will do and at a very reasonable price.

Your computer system makes it easy to place an order and even easier to place a refill order. I did not deal with any staff on this order; all of it was done electronically. I allowed 3 weeks to receive my order and it arrived when promised. I'm very pleased with the service and with the medication. You deliver very good service.

This was quite funny. While I received the Principen, for a long time, I was worried that I had not received the Imitrex. however, i had received a gift from somewhere in India. I thought it was from a friend Finally, I called PharmacyEscrow.com and complained. the order individual asked me if I received a gift I said yes. then, the answer was clear!

I am very impressed with your service! I was at first hesitant to order medications online but your company has set all those fears to rest. I have ordered a number of times so this was a refill. You sent me a reminder that it was time to refill. It is so easy to order a refill as your website is very user-friendly. You make it easy to order the same amount or change the amount ordered. I love the "Free Shipping For Life", even though you can only use it 3 times/year. I did not have to place any phone calls with this order as I was able to take care of everything online. However, I have had to make inquiring phone calls in the past and your customer service representatives were prompt, courteous, and helpful. In short, they always assisted me to solve problems or answer questions. Your website always gives an estimated shipping time and I have found the estimates to always be correct. My medications have never been late; rather, they may be a few days early. I always allow three weeks shipping time and it is always sufficient. I am amazed that the shipping times are so accurate given that the meds come halfway around the world! I have never had any complaints about the quality of the medication. It seems to be the same as what I would get in the States and it works exactly the same. Since the medication is for migraine headache, I would know immediately if it did not work! Thank you for making a very expensive medication more affordable and taking such obvious pride in providing excellent customer service.

I ordered my Imitrex generic form as usual. However, I forgot that my credit card on-record had been compromised and a new one issued. The staff at Pharmacy Escrow tracked me down through my husband, we corrected the error and my medications arrived soon after. I have used this generic before and have always been pleased.

When I found out what my local pharmacy charges for Imitrex -- and even the generic, Imigran -- I knew there had to be a better way. What a great find Pharmacy Escrow is! They charge less than anywhere locally. Plus, it's so much more convenient for me to order online. I really appreciated the constant communication, emailing to let me know where my order was at all steps in the process. I received it perfectly packaged and much faster than promised. I will be a very regular customer and wouldn't hesitate to recommend this service to my friends and family.

My wife has headaches and the Imitrex is important at times. We have found we can depend on Pharmacy Escrow. I use their special free shipping arrangement and I am completely pleased.
