Excellent Service!

I am very impressed with your service! I was at first hesitant to order medications online but your company has set all those fears to rest. I have ordered a number of times so this was a refill. You sent me a reminder that it was time to refill. It is so easy to order a refill as your website is very user-friendly. You make it easy to order the same amount or change the amount ordered. I love the "Free Shipping For Life", even though you can only use it 3 times/year. I did not have to place any phone calls with this order as I was able to take care of everything online. However, I have had to make inquiring phone calls in the past and your customer service representatives were prompt, courteous, and helpful. In short, they always assisted me to solve problems or answer questions. Your website always gives an estimated shipping time and I have found the estimates to always be correct. My medications have never been late; rather, they may be a few days early. I always allow three weeks shipping time and it is always sufficient. I am amazed that the shipping times are so accurate given that the meds come halfway around the world! I have never had any complaints about the quality of the medication. It seems to be the same as what I would get in the States and it works exactly the same. Since the medication is for migraine headache, I would know immediately if it did not work! Thank you for making a very expensive medication more affordable and taking such obvious pride in providing excellent customer service.
