doing business with an unknown company

As in most cases, I was a bit skeptical about placing an order with drugdelivery.ca but was most delighted to find that this is a legitimate outfit and that they came through promptly, courteously and professionally. I would not hesitate to place another order with this company and they have earned a permanent place on my "favorites" list.

First Order

This was my first experience with this site. I had no problem finding the prescriptions that I wanted and then navigating through the choices of source and quantity to be ordered (I am a fan of generics). Understandably, I was nervous about the order but felt better when it was timely received in Chicago, IL USA. As a typical dumb consumer, I have no direct way of commenting on the quality of the medications, but I subsequent laboratory blood test results confirmed that the medicines were doing exactly what they were supposed to be doing. My impression is that I got exactly what I wanted and I am a happy customer. I can not comment on customer service because I ordered via the internet and then timely received the order with no need for any human contact at any time. To me, that is ideal.

When I ordered, I was given an email update, then the tracking number, finally when there was a customs issue, they had the supplier resend the missing item, upon receive confirmation of the customs letter. Excellent response to questions and excellent overall service. Good work!

1st Order: Male Enhancement (Viagra, Levitra)

Much like everyone has doubts as to purchasing prescriptions via the Internet let alone through an escrow service to overseas pharmacies, I decided to take the plunge since this company seemed quite legit and the prices attractive through these pharmacies.

My order took about 3wks to fulfill which is the approximate time as described on their site so there was no surprises there. However, the tracking numbers I was given showed no placement for weeks. They assured me that once my order arrives through customs and into Continental US, it would appear for tracking. Very true. In fact, once it reached our shores, it took around 2 days to reach my home! Pretty fast service.

All in all, I had a positive experience with drugdelivery.ca, and will continue using their services since everything went pretty smooth using this medium of an online escrow company. It's a very smart idea to leverage top pharmacies globally to provide a service. It was only a matter of time before this option was available, and I'm glad it is!! Thanks drugdelivery.ca!

timing of Order fullfillment

The quality and quantity of the product was filled as stated. The price was good. However, it took over 2 months from the date the order was placed until it was delivered. It took 5 weeks just to get an email that the order was shipped and then another 18 business days for it to be delivered. This seems like a very long time to me. I have used overseas PharmacyEscrow.com from other companies and this is by far the longest waiting period.

Ordering a product through drugdelivery.ca turned out to be a very straightforward process. The website details helped guide the purchasing process, and subsequently I received detailed information that let me know where my order was, that is to say, was the order filled, sent, on the way, at customs etc.

Additionally, when I telephoned to check the order status, the person I chatted to was helpful, and very informed.

The order arrived in a timely fashion, and was not held at customs. Thanks for taking the time to ask my opinion - and I have to say that you are doing a very good job!
