Upon receipt of the last order that arrived quickly (thumbs up!), I have answered your satisfaction survey.
I have not received a reply to this matter. On the contrary, my representative has sent it to his e-mail address (steve@drugdelivery.ca) so that we can communicate in French. I’ll repeat an order this week. It is unfortunate that our medical insurance does cover the non-prescription medications because these are the very important expenses.

I can recommend this society for delivery of medical products.

Nice Job

The medication I ordered was packaged very well with correct identifying information and a discreet envelope. I was nervous about it taking so long to get through customs (took about a week and a half to get through) but once it did it arrived promptly. The shipping prices are a bit high I think and could be made a little more competitive.

Transaction Experience

The checkout process was painless, although a little disconcerting.
It seemed very unclear exactly where the order was being placed and coming from.
There were no definitive time lines for order processing and shipping estimation.
The shipping time was over 1 month long, and I had no idea what was happening in the meanwhile.
Communication was non existent, and tracking was vague to impossible.
Confidence in the order was waning...when it finally arrived.
Product was delivered...eventually.
If one must order crucial medication, I would suggest ordering from a less questionable source. If, however, you wish to save the few dollars and wait, then it seems that they are in fact capable of delivering the medication you have ordered.
Would I order from them again?
Just like ordering the first time...if it saves me money, and I don't need my meds in a hurry.
So yeah, I probably will.

It came from the specified source. Only (small) gripe is that it seemed to take longer than others, but this is largely out of their control. Good quality from a reputable mfr!
