The package was opened when I got it but nothing inside appeared to be touched. I have always got my orders that I have placed with this escrow service though and in a timely manner. Am happy and will order again. Thank You

My experience with this order was a bit aggravating. My shipment was split, then delayed, then miscounted. However, the customer service support (John Smith) was very supportive and helpful. I received prompt emails with tracking numbers and the status of the resolution process. John made sure that my entire order was received as promptly as he was able. I have great confidence in ordering, even knowing with are dealing with international shipping, that my order will be delivered with care and concern. Thanks again!
