Reliable but unexpected customs charge

Good reliable site - delivered from Hong Kong to UK within a month.
Only problem was the unexpected customs charge which, with Royal Mail handling charge came to £13.
Otherwise no complaints and will continue to use and recommend this site.

Overall very good experience!

Overall, the buying experience was very good. I found it quite easy to locate what I was looking for on the web site, and ordering was easy. I found there to be a few fees for things I would have expected to have been included, like discreet packaging, and I also found the delivery time (even with expedited processing) to be a bit slow, so the combination of those two is why I didn't give them five stars. But since that last order I have become a Free Shipping for Life member, and my dealings with Customer Service (just two days ago) have been helpful and they were quite friendly. It will likely end up being my one-stop place for prescription meds.

I got my order reasonably promptly, but no order status updates like you do now, so I had no idea where my order was. Shipment/processing seemed to take longer than normal.

Wonderful service and amazing selection! My only complaints are regarding delivery: that there is no way to track a package in transit to the US, that it usually does take over 2 weeks to arrive (even with rapid shipping and processing option), and that it if no one is immediately available to sign for the package you have to drive all the way to the regional post office branch to pick it up.
