Very positive order experience!

This was my first order with PharmacyEscrow.com, and I was a bit cautious. After browsing the site and seeing the tutorials on how to place an order, I felt better about the process. The FAQs have lots of helpful information, and helped me understand all that goes into fulfilling my order. I used the India Pharmacy, and despite the long shipping time, I was quite pleased with transaction. I was provided a tracking number, but since it was with USPS, the package couldn't be traced until it made it stateside. Being that this was my first order, I was nervous, and on two occasions I contacted customer support to make sure everything was on track (once using online chat and once by phone). I was blown away by the quality of customer service. Very nice, knowledgeable, and willing to help. They welcomed me to call back if I had any other questions or comments, and assured me that my order was on it's way. They were right, and I got my order without a problem. Since I ordered from India, the amount of shipping time was about 3 weeks to reach the U.S. If you are sick and need your meds, go to your local pharmacy, but if you have a prescription you take on a regular basis, place your order about a month before you run out, and you will be fine. The site said it would take about that long to get my order, and they were right. If you plan ahead, or set up for automatic reminders, you should be golden! I am recommending the site to my friends.

The product arrived in a reasonable time frame and it appears to be working like the "real" (non-generic) version. It was also easy to order online and if you do need to speak to someone, that has worked well too (usually a short wait only).

Excellent service

Overall, an excellent experience: knowledgeable and helpful staff, fast delivery, and quality products delivered.
There was a small issue just after placing the order, but this was resolved in minutes by the able staff working the Live Chat. Despite the problems I have had with other pharmacies in clearing customs, the parcel from Fiji arrived intact and without customs or taxes to pay. The parcel arrived 14 days after it was dispatched and was traceable once it arrived in Canada.
As I have already said, this was a flawless experience and I will be ordering everything from PharmacyEscrow.com from now on.

The fact your saving money is fantastic. The also guide you thru any fears you might have.
