I was very concerned about ordering a product from an online pharmacy outside of the U.S. However, PharmacyEscrow.com provided excellent customer service, answered all my questions, providing tracking information, and delivered the product within the time line promised.

I used a newer credit card to place this order and somehow it must have triggered some red flags with the credit card company. PharmacyEscrow called me several times and e-mailed me to let me know that the charge didn't go through. This also protected me from embarrassment at a store as the bank had frozen my account to protect me. It was cleared up within 48 hours and I received my order sooner than the time frame given. Thank you for your help.

It was very easy to place the order. They were honest with their information about the product and health issues. There was always someone available online to talk to when I had a question. When the shipment was delayed due to availability, I was contacted immediately with all the information. When the product shipped I was again contacted with the tracking information. They have kept in contact with me as reminder for reorder and also made available special offers when they were available.
