I loved this HCG. When it first came out, I ordered it because of the special. I called to place the order and the PharmacyEscrow.com reps were extremely helpful. They answered all the questions we had since this was a newer product to them. The re-assured us that the standards were just as high as the other pregnyl pharmacies they used. I had already lost weight using a different pharmacy, and when the rep let me know it would be the same, I decided to give it a try. I have continued to lose weight with this product and couldn't be happier. The packaging is great. It comes with 5 pregnyls to a pack. They shipped one 5 pack per envelope, so if one gets held up coming from overseas, the others have a good chance to still come through no problem. Make sure to order enough, since it can take 4 to 6 weeks total time to arrive. Also, since it does come in multiple packages, it is best to save your envelopes until all have arrived to keep the best track of what is coming. Especially if more than one family member is using the product, so you might have ordered multiple quantities. We found it was easiest to save the envelopes until the whole order arrived. If there are any problems, the PharmacyEscrow.com customer service is available 24 hours a day. They can do a tracking if needed, although they might have to call you back, they do get back to you in a timely manner.

Second experience ordering from PharmacyEscrow.com

I have ordered from this company on two occasions, this being the latter. I really appreciate how efficient the phone customer service is - when my items took a while to arrive, I contacted the company and they assured me that everything was ok. I also ordered the free shipping for life for $99 and wish that I had ordered it my first time as it saved me quite a bit of money. My order arrived within three weeks which was great, I was just a little impatient. It was concealed and in tact...and exactly what I ordered with no problems or hiccups. I have heard from others who have ordered from other companies that it can take much longer or in one friend's case that they didn't receive hCG and had to go through the hassle of sending back the wrong prescription, get credited, and then re-order. I have never had a problem with my orders and I will continue to order from them. The only drawback is the time but I think that's because of our impatience, not the pharmacies :) I will continue to be a loyal customer for any items that I need.

Good Quality, Fast Delivery

next time priority

this was my second time ordering this product, but from a different vendor this time. the order took longer to arrive then my last one. this time around i did not click on 'priority' so that might have something to do with it. my last order took about 4 weeks, this one took almost 8 weeks i believe. the size of my order could have affected it also since i ordered double the amount. if you need it quicker i suggest clicking on priority.

this vendor sent me glass vials while the last vendor sent the product in a bottle. i prefer the bottle so i'm not sure if it's just this particular vendor. the product was just as amazing though so it still worked out fine.

Never Again!

This product was one of my least favorite product. I was disappointed in the length of time that it took this product to reach it's final destination. It took up to two months for this product to come in. Customer service was great, but it was frustrating because each time I would ask about where the products location was, the operator would have a different answer. In my last inquiry on the products whereabouts, the operator told me that it was shipped off on the 14th of March. I don't think that I will order from this brand again. It took too long and it cost more than my last order which was better than this current product. I would not recommend this product for anyone who is curious about ordering from this brand.

long time coming

happy with the price of the product, but it took a very long time getting to my home. when I called to track the progress, the customer service rep said it could not be tracked until it reached the us. but i am satisfied with the product and will order again knowing it takes forever to get here.

I ORDERED HCG PRODUCT FROM YOU. IT WAS VERY EASY, I WISH IT WOULD HAVE COME FASTER, BUT REALIZE IT TAKES TIME.ITS THE BEST WEIGHT LOSS CURE. IHAVE BEEN ON ALOT OF DIETS BEFORE, BUT NONE WORKS LIKE THIS.

YES I PURCHASED HCG MY SHIPMENT TOOK A LITTLE LONGER THEN EXPECTED HOWEVER WHEN I TRIED TO CONTACT CUSTOMER SERVICE THEY WHERE VERY NICE AND THEY TRIED THEIR BEST TO HELP ME I WOULD ORDER FROM THE WEBSITE AGAIN HOPEFUL NEXT TIME IT WON'T TAKE AS LONG

This was the first time I've ever ordered anything with an online pharmacy. I have totally recommended your pharmacy to MANY others. There were three times that I used your "Live Chat" form. They were VERY VERY helpful. I couldn't believe how nice and helpful they were, all three times. I was told it would take between 3-4 weeks to be delivered because I'm in the States. I actually received it within 2 weeks! I was SO happy! I will definitely be using this pharmacy again and again! Thank you!
