Delivery time

I placed my order online December the 20. I received the order January 15. It did take a little longer because there were several holidays during the wait time. I contacted someone through the live chat 3 times since this was my first time to order from PharmacyEscrow.com. They were very helpful and patient with my questions each time. I have recommended your website to several people.

A Pleasent Experience

Ordering through the website was a simple process. The experience was a pleasure. I had no negative issues associated with the whole precess. The order was received about 1 month after it was placed. I found everything to be sufficient and problem free. In the case where I did have a question, customer service is always willing to assist in a kind manner.

First Time Order

I did my first round of HCG through a doctor. It was really pricey and I heard that I could get it cheaper through the internet and was suggested this site. A few friends of mine at work had all gone through a doctor and didn't feel it was worth it. Our first order we ordered together. Not knowing what I was ordering I turned to the Live Chat. They were sooo helpful in letting me know what the difference in the companies were and answering all my questions. They were also knowledgeable with my questions I had.
We received our order like they said within 18 business days and the whole time I was receiving emails on where my order was at until it shipped.
At first we were all scared to try it first and so i took the first step in testing it with a pregnancy test to see if it was good and of course it was. I hoped there were more information on mixing and why we didn't get enough water to get back on the live chat. The person again who helped me was very helpful and told me where I needed to go to find more information on the mixing.
Starting the HCG was kinda scary because I didn't now what to expect. I started to see the results and was loosing weight and was happy. My friends at work saw that it was working and started up again. We have all lost weight and all have been happy with the product that we ordered. Our first order was the 10000IU from LUPI. I'm so happy I found this site as other people who were questionable to order on line paid another $250-$300 to start up again. Some have come to me asking to order more so they don't have to pay the money. I've also introduced your site to other friends that have seen the result and wanted to order.
All in all I've had a good experience with going through Pharmacyescrow.com. Again Thank You!!

Excellent Customer Service

I ordered My HCG about a month and a half ago. I signed up for standard shipping, which can take 16 to 22 days for delivery. Surprisingly I received my order on the 16th day.
I am very happy with my HCG. The delivery was fast and everything was intact and delivered in proper sufficient manner.
I would also like to thank the customer service team for excellent help when ordering my HCG supply.

This rocks!

I had heard from many people that this medicine along with the right diet does miracles. I did a lot of research on the product and decided to jump in feet first. I have been dieting and exercising, but found myself hitting a plateau and not knowing how to lose those 10 last pounds.

There was a lot of hesitance when I placed the order for both me and my husband, but it has been a miracle, and we have been on it for only 4 days!
The diet is rough and takes a lot of determination, dedication, and planning, but the weight is melting off.

Shipping was faster than I expected and had no problems with this site. I can't wait until the end to see the final result.

It all worked out!

Even though I had a few minor kinks in my order of hCG, I was satisfied with the overall outcome.
Ordering from the site was easy. I knew to expect my order to take at least three weeks to get here, so that didn't discourage me. In fact, I actually received it a little sooner than I expected, so it was a nice surprise.
Because I belong to an online support group for hCG users, I knew that the delivery information provided would be non-existent or incomplete most of the time. I would check the USPS site and there would be no record of the order yet, but it appeared one day anyway.
I ordered five ampules of hCG and only received four. Luckily, it would be a long time before I needed the fifth, so I emailed my concern, along with pictures of the box and contents, to the customer service email address. I didn't receive an answer. I emailed again. I didn't receive an answer. Finally, one evening, I went onto the chat and worked with a very nice young woman. She had me email her directly with my information and she was able to get my fifth ampule sent. I received it about three weeks later and all it well.
I would definitely order from PharmacyEscrow.com again. I feel confident that if there are any problems with an order, they will take care of it.

A Nightmare of an Experience

First of all I want to say that this review is not slamming PharmacyEscrow.com. It is, though, slamming the supplier of our HCG Pregnyl- I placed my order on January 7, 2009 and finally received my order on March 30, 3009. The reason for a two and a half month long wait was because the pharmacy in Singapore never actually sent out our first order so I had wait another mailing cycle to receive anything. It was very frustrating. I do appreciate the support staff at PharmacyEscrow.com for all of their time and assistance- they made an awful experience a little less painful to go through.
