VERY easy order!

This order was quick and easy....I did it online as usual. It came in a very quick and timely manner since I ordered European. I have found much better service with ordering European sources. I didn't have to sign for the package which I liked better since there wasn't the chance to miss the mailman and miss signing and having them have to deliver it later. It was just waiting in my mailbox. Loved it!

Customer Service Rocks!!

I placed my order online. The pages were easy to navigate and answers to my questions were easy to find.
Customer Service is so important to me in this day of automated answering messages. When my order didn't come within the time estimated, I was becoming anxious and used the LIVE CHAT room to see what I should do.
Over the next few days I had the "opportunity" to chat with several employees about the loss of my order. Each one reassured me, encouraged me and saw to it that the pharmacy from which my order was shipped, reshipped it with priority shipping.
Integrity and customer service seem to drive this company and I will continue to use them.

Honesty and integrity matters

I was worried that the smooth sailing for my first order had been a fluke. I should not have worried. Everything showed up like clockwork, albeit about six weeks after I placed my order. I will definitely order from them again.

This was my first time ordering and the first time ordering online. I was easily walked through the ordering process and felt it very easy to navigate. I had some questions about the length of time it would take to arrive so I called the customer service live chat. I was greeted with a very friendly employee. She was able to explain the process to me from the beginning. She explained how the pharmacist looks over my medical information to the shipping out and tracking information. She was very helpful in the way she answered my questions.When I got off the phone, I felt that this company was a good choice. I have since ordered many times and have recommended this company to friends, family and even my co-workers. They have all felt the same way about their orders as well. I give Kudos for great quality and customer Service. You wont be disappointed!

Problems with delivery

I had no problems with the ordering process. Since the order was a large one, it was split into multiple shipments. (HUCOG). I received one half of the shipment in a timely fashion. After 1 additional week, and receiving a notice that the escrow was completed, I contacted PharmacyEscrow.com and inquired about the other half of the shipment. After staff checked, I found out the at it other portion had not even been shipped out. It was an additional 3 weeks before I received the remainder of my initial order.
Customer service, both live chat and in person, has always been exceptional. The problem seems to lie in the shipping of the orders, especially when it is a large order and sent in multiple shipments.
After this last occasion ( this was not the first time this has happened to me), I placed a call and asked to speak with a supervisor. I did make a suggestion for improving the shipping process and making this a better experience for both the customer and PharmacyEscrow.com. From the HCG DIETERS Yahoo group I have seen many posts of people who have had the same experience. My suggestion is this:
If an order is to be sent in multiple shipments, a tracking number should be issued for ALL shipments rather than just one. This way we would know that all shipments have been made and can track their progress. We would not have to call customer service and have them spend several minutes checking, tracking, and contacting the businesses who were supposed to fill the orders to see what happened.
Other than this situation, I have been very happy with your service and recommend you to all my friends.

2nd order was 2nd best

The order process was a little longer this time, and the product didn't infuse as much confidence as the first delivery. However, following the storming success of both the quality of the product and support of the order from the first delivery I was confident enough to complete the treatment and was not disappointed.

Honest and Reliable

Due to NO fault of PharmacyEscrow.com one part of my order was lost. I clicked the "live chat icon" and lo and behold I DID get a live person. OMG. And talk about friendly and honest service using that form of communication with PharmacyEscrow.com. I was told the lost order would be reshipped immediately. I thought yeah right, uh huh sure. I am a skeptic. I printed the chat just cuz I could thinking I would need it for future proof of communication regarding my problem. I waited, a week went by, I thought yeah, we shall see. Then by the second week, there was the reshipped order. I was pleasantly shocked and pleased, as the meds I needed were almost depleted. I silently said to myself, "thankyou PharmacyEscrow.com"!!!!!
All the medications arrived in perfect condition, billing to my credit card was flawless, and I thought ok, I am dealing with a legitimate , honest and professional online pharmacy. One hears about ripoffs all the time and to come across PharmacyEscrow.com is a blessing and a breath of fresh air.
I was so satisfied with the level of service I received from the staff, and the quality and ease of payment I received I had no fear of reordering. So about 3 months later I ordered again. For anyone who is considering ordering from this Pharmacy, please have no fears or concerns. These folks are A-1 !!!! Just do it! I am glad I did, and that is saying a lot from an old skeptic like myself. Again, Thanks so much for being out there PharmacyEscrow.com and you will forever get my loyal business.

I was so apprehensive about ordering HcG from a foreign pharmacy but www.pharmacyescrow.com was absolutely wonderful! They answered my questions and shipped so quickly! I've lost 25lbs in 30 days on HcG and reordered another 6 amps! I've also recommended a friend to order some today! Great Company! Keep up the good work!

My First Order!

This was my first order with your pharmacy and I have to say I was a bit worried that I wasn't going to get the drug that I ordered. You see, I had went to another website before yours to buy the HCG PREGNYL and they were a hoax and took my money. My credit card company refunded my money, but it was still hard to trust again.

I was told by a friend that your website was an exception and boy, was she right! I had many questions about the shipping and how long it would take to get the prescription to me and every time my question was answered quickly and truthfully. My order came sooner than the customer service person claimed! So, I am never gonna use another website to buy the prescriptions I need from now on. Thank you so much and PLEASE DON'T change a thing!
