I will continue to come to Pharmacyescrow.com for my HCG. I love that fact that now I can get my supplies here too. My order came right to my door. I have recommended the site to several of my friends who also are using HCG with great success. we are very very happy with customer service we have received also. The staff is not only very informed but extremely polite. Why would anyone go anywhere else?

Stock items not shipped in timely manner...

Both items were listed as being 'in stock' or available for immediate shipment; however, one item arrived 19 days after the initial pckg., with no explanation in the packaging. I was also never able to track either shipment/pckg. - just arrived on the doorstep one day. (Ultimately DID rec. all items purchased.)

It took some time to receive my order, but the web site lets you know, up front, how long it will take the first time you order. It was worth the wait. It was exactly what I ordered, in pristine condition, and it helped me tremendously.

Order delayed again

This was the second time I had ordered the HCG and had hoped to have things run much smoother but this was not the case.
Again I waited for many weeks and in the beginning every time I called I was told by the support person to give it more time. Finally I wrote to the live chat instead of calling and spoke with someone who said I had been sent three emails from the pharmacy stating that there was a contraindication for the HCG and the blood pressure medication. I didn't receive any of the emails even though you had the correct address. The support person sent me a copy of the pharmacy's note and after speaking with me for a few minutes with corrected the error which allowed the medication to be released. A few weeks after that it arrived. I was told that email from you was sometimes not very reliable. Being sent an email three times and not receiving it seemed a bit odd to me. You have my phone number but I never received a call.
I've been hesitant to reorder but since I've already paid for free lifetime shipping and am running low I will probably give it another try after I see how your review of my response translates into credit.
Again I feel it necessary to comment on how wonderful your live chat people have been. They are very personable, intelligent, easy to understand and have a good grasp of the products. Their eager willingness to help me put me at ease. If it wasn't for them I would have canceled after a few weeks of waiting for both orders.
Again, your e-chat people are excellent but I found your voice support lacking.
It's my hope that things go smoother from now on.

Both the HCG and the B12 were EXACTLY the same as I get via prescription in the US, one was even from a major name brand pharmaceutical company.

Got order inline with estimated 18 business days.

Everything came very well packaged and I will definitely order again!
