hcg

This was the hardest order I have ever placed. Since you take nothing but visa. That immediately gave us a problem. All we had was Mastercard products. So, I tried to do Western Union. That process has a very strange and foreign name for $$$ payment pick up in India. At the end of my again lengthy attempt to wire the money, a Western union rep came on the line and strongly warned me about going through this Indian p/u contact as they could absolutely not guarantee who would pick it up at the other end of the wire and I could loose my money.

We finally went out and purchased a cash-in visa debit card. It did secure us the order.

Although we paid extra money to have the product filled at the pharmacy and shipped at a more costly rate, we were later informed that because of circumstances beyond your control neither of these things could be done to expedite our delivery,so we were out that money.

We also could not use the tracking number until three weeks later when the package was actually at our local post office. It just kept saying "no such tracking number available."

the product seems to be liked by several of my friends and they say it is the cheapest they could find but they two wait 4 weeks. I am again going to order but I don't know what mailing hangups we will encounter.

Perhaps there is something that you could do to have more efficiency in your shipment process. I am grateful that you seem to carry a quality product

Where is my order?

I have ordered from you in the past and received outstanding delivery and service. I ordered my product in January and it is now March... I have yet to see it. I've contacted customer service multiple times and they continue to tell me to wait. They also state that they don't know where it is and won't know if I receive it. How can I then prove to them I have NOT received it? I would recommend your updating your shipping practices to keep your customers more informed. Other than that, as long as you receive the medication, it is of great quality and a good price. (I'll continue to bug customer service and see what they will end up doing to satisfy my order or give me a refund.)

very frustrating experience

I applied for the HCG challenge because I was interested in the product and the chance to receive it free was very appealing. Unfortunately, they did not announce the winners of this contest on the date they had listed, and three weeks later, I was still waiting to hear. This was very frustrating because I had held off my order while I waited to find out if I had won. Finally I called customer service. While the staff attempted to be friendly, they could not understand me and I had difficulty understanding them. No one could tell me the status of the contest, or whether or not I was winner. Several times I was asked to call back. One person finally told me that he would have a supervisor call me. I did not receive the call. Finally, almost a week later, I got an answer. I had not been chosen for the challenge. I immediately placed my order, but even with priority, it took a week before I received an email with confirmation of shipping. The package finally arrived but it took several weeks. When I looked at the postmark, I saw that it had been shipped out one week later than the date on my confirmation email. I rated this a rating of 2 because the experience was not a good one, but I did receive the package eventually.

HCG PREGNYL

The quality of drug once received was excellent. The problem was the delay in processing or acknowledgment of payment received. Even after sending bank conformation and verification that the monies were withdrawn/debited from my account DrugDelivery still held my order for an additional 14 days. Of course when ordering drugs the decision is made to purchase based on return or response time. An additional 14days was excessive and caused a delay in my treatment. Too during the process I was continually mis-informed by representatives as to the why in the delay. I personally believe it was do to the shortage of the drug which was not communicated when placing the order. Once, the drug became available the order was shipped immediately. DrugDelivery did expedite the shipping for immediate thereafter -- though it still delayed treatment by 2 weeks or more.

I gave India one more chance

Mostly due to the sale promotion at the time. They did start shipping right away with this order but did divide it up into way too many shipments that I felt it gave more red flags to customs and my mailman than need be. I appreciate when i get the WHOLE shipment in a larger box than a bunch of tiny shipments!

my fault

First of all, I did not know it would take so long. I never received a tracking order so I kept waiting for that. Then I had to go pick it up at the post office because I was not home when the mail came. The worst thing was I did not research enough so I was surprised to see "for injection only" and i do not have a syringe. I assumed it would be ready to mix for sub lingual use as when i used Releana.

Great Company support/poor quality product

The product did not come with a freeze dried powder, it was premixed. I used a different HGC with a pharmacist on the original diet and was very successful. Because it was too expensive to order again through the Florida pharmacy, I tried PharmacyEscrow.com. I was disappointed in the product, I was hungry all the time and it didn't seem to work. I was pleased with the ease of ordering and the friendliness of the staff. I am going to give this company another try with their new HCG pregnyl from Singapore which they have assured me is freeze dried and more stable.

Better communication needed

I have been a customer of yours, placing orders for HCG since June or July 2009. This particular order as far as the product goes, was fine. The problem was that your staff did not communicate well with one another. I was placing the order for my sister-in-law, Lizanne Jennings. I ordered under my account as I was going to send her some of my order. I was very clear with your staff as to what I was doing yet they kept calling me "Lizanne" sent the order to her, not me and as to date, have changed my log in ID name to hers and not mine! I am still working with your company to get this issue resolved so I would not give this particular order a high rating at all because there was very poor communication with your staff. However, the product itself is always good.

Shipping was unreasonably slow. Very unhappy with the amount of time it took to receive my order. Your customer service department was not able to adequately answer why my order was delayed for an unreasonable amount of time

Lengthy Shipping

After a friend recommended Drug Delivery.ca, we decided to give it a try! AFter waiting for a significant amount of time on the phone to place the order, we were then expected to wait several months before the order arrived! Apparently there were some difficulties with getting this product into Canada so our order was delayed, delayed and delayed. Unfortunately no one from Drug Delivery called us to give us this news so we were left waiting in the dark. However, the product did arrive. We would recommend setting aside a good hour on the phone when wanting to place an order because it is difficult to get through to the customer sales rep. Once you finally get to speak to someone on the phone about your order, the process is fine. Perhaps they should hire more phone operators to cut down the wait time. Since we were happy with the product and knew that our friend had a lot of success with the company, we decided to give them another try. Luckily the other orders were completed in a much more timely manner. I wouldn't recommend ordering a life or death drug if you need it right away. It's best to stock up and then order.
