Confused

I have placed and received several orders and have been happy with the time in which I received the product and with the product itself. Based on that I of course placed another order and things came out differently this time. I paid for express shipping and it took longer to receive than with regular shipping. It did not get here within the time allotted for express shipping. My order also came in ampules, which I did not order. I received HCG, but not the kind that I ordered. I am confused by this, as I have had such good experience in the past. I will be placing another order in hopes that this was a fluke.

BAD SHIPPING

The Quality of the product is great...however I ordered it in April and did not get it until September. There were problems with my address not being entered on the package correctly twice and once it got lost in the postal system. After all of that and 3 different times it was shipped. I finally received my product.
This is the second time ordering and the first time was great. No problems at all. I will try ordering one more time and hopefully it won't have a problem again.

Lupi Zy not so high potentcy for me

This is my 2nd purchase on the hcg, this product did not seem to work as well for me, even though I have taken more steps to eat more organic, use more organic pure products. I was in it for a 40 day, in hopes that I would be able to drop at least 30 lbs, I'm only at about 18 and on day 25. I am ordering another pharmacy's product, due to the poor performance, and am hoping that it works a bit better. I also found that I was hungry alot more often on this product, which i never was the first time I did the hcg protocol. This is of course not the pharmacy's fault, they are wonderful and quick with helping and shipping, but skip the High potency lupi zy, NOT so high potency.

Review if services provided by telephone operator

When I first contacted this pharmacy it was by the suggestion of a colleague of mine who had made a purchase of the HCG diet medication. When I contacted an operator asked me questions regarding my health and how much of the medication I would need. I explained to her that I needed the full 45 day treatment to start with along with the initial kit for mixing the medication.
What I first received in the mail was the mixing kit within a week or so. The second package that I received was 2 weeks later and it was only for a 15 day supply and it was in an ampule instead of a vial. I had to contact the pharmacy again to explain the order was wrong I was on hold for 30 minutes when the phone machine came on and stated that I needed to leave a message and someone would return my call. I was very angry at this since I was anxious to get started on the HCG diet. Someone did call back a couple of hours later and I explained to him that I thought I was getting the 45 day supply and he informed me that I only paid for a 15 day supply and proceeded to complete the order for the additional costs. I then had a wait another 2 weeks to receive the drug.

Better communication needed

I have been a customer of yours, placing orders for HCG since June or July 2009. This particular order as far as the product goes, was fine. The problem was that your staff did not communicate well with one another. I was placing the order for my sister-in-law, Lizanne J. I ordered under my account as I was going to send her some of my order. I was very clear with your staff as to what I was doing yet they kept calling me "Lizanne" sent the order to her, not me and as to date, have changed my log in ID name to hers and not mine! I am still working with your company to get this issue resolved so I would not give this particular order a high rating at all because there was very poor communication with your staff. However, the product itself is always good.

not too speedy!

I was very excited to get my order..I paid extra for fast shipping...I was told to wait 18 business day at the most...I placed my order on October 7, and received my order on nov 16! over a month later! very upset! customer service gave me the run around!

Great Company support/poor quality product

The product did not come with a freeze dried powder, it was premixed. I used a different HGC with a pharmacist on the original diet and was very successful. Because it was too expensive to order again through the Florida pharmacy, I tried PharmacyEscrow.com. I was disappointed in the product, I was hungry all the time and it didn't seem to work. I was pleased with the ease of ordering and the friendliness of the staff. I am going to give this company another try with their new HCG pregnyl from Singapore which they have assured me is freeze dried and more stable.

order took to long

why does it seem like the delivery time is taking longer and longer. When I first ordered it took about 2 weeks. Now it seems to take around 4 weeks. Why does the same kind of order take longer sometimes? This can be a little discouraging? What should be the turn around time?

Broken product

I received the product I ordered but 1/3 of the ampules were broken which was very discouraging. The product that wasn't damaged was very high quality but I wasn't happy with the packing of the glass ampules.

Product came in glass vials

I carefully chose the product that came in ampules with injection lids, but received the glass vials that had to be broken open. I was worried about the safety of glass shards and was disappointed that the pharmacy made this switch. It also took them nearly 4 months to get the products shipped, but PharmacyEscrow.com kept insisting they were en route until 3 months had passed. I was disappointed with PharmacyEscrow and the pharmacy, and was beginning to wonder if I had been scammed.
