Ordering HCG

I ordered HCG Pregnyl because I noticed the cost on this website was significantly less than what I had paid for it previously. I spent time using the online chat feature to ask questions regarding how to order the product in the right ampoules. It seemed as thought the customer service was knowledgeable however, there were a couple of problems. With priority shipping, I was quoted 12-22 days per the website and the customer service agent I spoke to on the phone. It actually took a full 30 days, so I would advise ordering so you can track the package. The other issue I had was that the ampoules I ordered were correct, but they came in these glass vials that had to have the tops snapped off. When I have ordered this product in the past, the vial had the rubber lids that you inject a diluent into to use so I didn't know they came in another type of vial. My first vial was a complete loss because the vial shattered when I tried to snap the top off. That was what about $40 down the drain because the product could not be used. So my suggestions are - use trackable shipping methods, and know what type of vials the product comes in so it can be used.

Processing is quick but shipping slow

My first order came very quickly. The next order was processed and shipped from pharmacy quickly but it has been 13 days and I can't even find it to track it on USPS

Because it took about 3 weeks to receive it. The product itself is very good I would recommend the product but not really the service or the time it took to receive it. so i rate it average.

Product great, but things could be improved.

I think that the hcg is a fantastic product. I was really nervous about using it and did a lot a research on it and if there were any side effects. This website seemed to be the one that most people referred to as being reliable. I don't really have anything to compare it to so I feel like the price was acceptable although the flat shipping rate was a little steep, but I guess it is coming from overseas so I kind of understand. However, the length of time was a little frustrating especially when you can't track your order. There is no point giving a customer a tracking number if you can't track your shipment. I was intially told that once it passed through customs, I would be able to track it...that is not true. I've ordered this product twice and both times the product showed up on my doorstep yet the tracking number continued to show invalid. You might as well not give a tracking number and tell the customer that the product will show up in 3 weeks. Other than the shipping issue, I will probably still continue to order through this company just because I've used the product and I feel it comes from a reliable source.

This last batch of HCG did not seem to be of high quality, those using it are not finding it as effective as the last batch.
Dealing with Pharmacy escrow is a pleasure though, I do find your website fairly easy to navigate and I really enjoy the fact that the chat window operates fantastically with someone on the other end who always seems extremely helpful. Thank you.

my experience with Pharmacyescrow.com was excellent however the time it took for them to receive my western union money order was ridiculous! It took approximately two weeks to get a money order that takes 10 minutes to send to them and for them to receive! If they accepted MasterCard my payments would be instant! Not everyone can get a visa.. The live chat was excellent i have to give you two thumbs up for that. The tracking did not work for my order as it was still saying that no info available when i received my order and still says no info available. That was great they were looking out for me and my order. Your human service was excellent however your electronic parts needs some work! I have placed my second order lets see if it takes less than a month to get to me!

I ordered the HUCOG from the Indian pharmacy. I would probably rate my whole transaction as a 3 out of 5, when I did get my package about a month later, it was the LUPI HCG from China and not the HUCOG that I had ordered. I never did get a notice or email or anything telling me of the switch but when I talked to customer service they were really helpful, they told me why I got the LUPI instead and it was because of the Canadian customs they couldn’t send from India, they offered to credit my account for $40 for what it would cost to get an amp breaker and the filters which I would need with the LUPI where as I didn’t for the HUCOG. I thought that was really nice of them and for the customer service I would probably give that a 5 out of 5, for the overall transaction I would give it a 3. The ordering process itself was pretty easy, just click and pay and go, shipping took about a month which was kind of slow but I’ve heard it takes that long normally so I wasn’t surprised, but other than that I’m happy with my product and happy with the overall outcome from it so thank you very much PharmacyEscrow.com.

Product recieved in unexpected way.

I have made several purchases with PharmacyEscrow.com and I am very confident in the quality and price of the products I have purchased. The last shipment I received however was requested to be sent in discrete packaging and express shipping. The package arrived in regular packaging and took 4 weeks to arrive. One of the things that could alleviate the concern over where your order is would be to ship it with a company that can be tracked internationally and not USPS.

first order

I gave an average rating because my first order had to be re-shipped and I did not receive it for over 2 months from the original order date. I was happy though that it was re-shipped at no cost to me, and after being re-shipped I received my order within two weeks.
