Delivery Sucked

It took me almost 2 months to receive my order. I sent numerous emails and Live Chats before I finally got an answer and they reshipped my order. I had to put my treatment off for an extra month because of this problem and no one seemed to want to compensate me in any way. I did place another order last night, the guy I spoke with was the first person I've dealt with that actually seemed sympathetic. I'm satisfied with the product itself but the way I was put off I'm not satisfied at all with. The order I placed last night was the third order I've placed so I'm hoping it goes better than the last one. Thanks for your time.

I have found great success with the product. I have been disappointed with not being able to call and speak to a live person. The online chat does not always meet my needs.

A few issues.

I had ordered products from this site previously with great success, however I did have an order lost! It was quite the hassle. I contacted customer service several times and they had to resend my order. I did finely receive it.... I was thankful that they worked with me to correct the problem.

This product has helped me lose weight and has helped my hormone imbalance, however I am still very hungry and feel unsatisfied (food)...

This shipment I ordered 20 ampules for varies family members. The problem is we only received 10 which we are still waiting on. We all wanted to start together and now we can't do that. We payed over $500.00 and we are worried we won't receive the rest of our order. other than that other orders have been GREAT.

I received 4 ampules in a buy 3 get 1 free offer. This was my first experience using PharmacyEscrow.com and this product. My only complaint was that after mixing my third ampule, it appeared to be tainted, because did not dissolve completely and was cloudy instead of clear like the previous ampules. I therefore, felt it necessary to not use it but to discard it immediately. My only other issue was the length of time required to obtain it. It would be very appreciated if I could receive a single replacement of the HCG PREGNYL HUCOG 5000 IU from India. Thank you.

It all worked out!

Even though I had a few minor kinks in my order of hCG, I was satisfied with the overall outcome.
Ordering from the site was easy. I knew to expect my order to take at least three weeks to get here, so that didn't discourage me. In fact, I actually received it a little sooner than I expected, so it was a nice surprise.
Because I belong to an online support group for hCG users, I knew that the delivery information provided would be non-existent or incomplete most of the time. I would check the USPS site and there would be no record of the order yet, but it appeared one day anyway.
I ordered five ampules of hCG and only received four. Luckily, it would be a long time before I needed the fifth, so I emailed my concern, along with pictures of the box and contents, to the customer service email address. I didn't receive an answer. I emailed again. I didn't receive an answer. Finally, one evening, I went onto the chat and worked with a very nice young woman. She had me email her directly with my information and she was able to get my fifth ampule sent. I received it about three weeks later and all it well.
I would definitely order from PharmacyEscrow.com again. I feel confident that if there are any problems with an order, they will take care of it.

I am rating this order as a "3" because I didn't receive my complete order at one time. I made the purchase during the buy 3 get 1 free. I rec'd the 6 bottles from my original purchase, however, I had to make 3 inquiries until I received my two free items.

Product GREAT - Service needs improvement

While I did receive my order in a timely manner, it was clear that the order tracking needs work.

I received my product PRIOR to the tracking system acknowledging that my order was in transit. The tracking system does not state whether or not it is in customs, on the road, in my country, etc. Given this, the tracking number is not useful. On the package the tracking number is from India's postal service. Given the amount spent on shipping, it would be nice to use an International shipping service such as FedEx, DHL, etc. where their tracking system is more robust.

When I contacted customer service for a status, all I kept getting was it is in transit. This is not sufficient. Customer service should be able to tell the customer whether or not it is still in the country of origin, in customs, or in the recipient's country.

Reasonably priced HCG

I really enjoyed the customer service when ordering my HCG; the gentleman was nice, patient and courteous. I did receive my order in the mail however some of the product was damaged (the viles were broken and the product was therefore unusable). The price for your product is very reasonable.
