Good quality of products

Overall the quality of the products & service was very good. I did face a lot of issues initially to get the order placed.

They have a crazy security check on the credit card, which makes it very difficult to place order in some situations. Basically if the shipping address is different from the billing address, then your order is not processed forward, till you submit a whole lot of documents & copies of your credit card front side.

As an expat living outside my country (where my credit card is issued), this made it extremely difficult to order online on this portal.

This to me seems extremely excessive & put me off from ordering on this website. It was only because of other positive testimonials that I decided to give it one more try & to try to manage with all the other documents & requirements.

Overall I would still recommend this portal to others despite my initial bitter experience.
Hopefully someone is reading this & will take the appropriate steps to remedy the same.

I received the HCG kit in a timely fashion and it arrived intact. The HCG Pregnyl arrived intact and with a generous expiration date.

I paid for fast shipping, and took four weeks to the actual handing over as if not paid fast shipping.

Great product but slow shipping

The product is good, and I lost 30 lbs using this HCG. The only reason that I could not give it 5 stars is that the delivery is so slow. It took about one and half months to receive my order.

I am giving HCG injections one more try. I am hoping the results this time are better. I have heard from many others that they saw great results.

customer service

I had great customer service except for the fact that when it came to needing to know the actual dosage of my hcg nobody was able to do that. They also could not show me a video on how to do the injections. You show a video on mixing but it stops at that. I know u are only a pharmacy but I believe it would be wise to have a Dr. on call to answer these questions.

My last experience

I usually have no problem with this company, however, with this order my kit was delayed and when i called to inquire about it a representative told me that he would return my call within 24 hours and he never called me back. When I called the company back they told me that my HCG mixing kit had been lost in the mail but they needed my permission to resend it but they didn't call me to get permission, I just so happened to call them on that particular day. I had plans for starting the HCG by now but I just got the kit yesterday, although I've had the HCG for about 2 weeks now.

Vials are better than ampules, i wish they would market those out there so i would be able to purchase it.

After being very satisfied with my first order, I placed a second order. This order took much longer than the first time although they were shipped the same way. I did not receive a courtesy call like I did the last time letting me know my package had arrived and the words "HCG" was visibly written on the package. I did not like that. Overall, I guess I'm still satisfied with the product itself.

Online customer service vs Entire experience

I hate online customer service that seems to be pre-prompted to a list of replies from a drop down box. But all in all i got my order promptly and was notified at each stop along the way from the country i ordered from. The packaging was professional and I would order again and again because you just cannot beat the prices
