HCG LUPI

I had ordered the HCG HUCOG prior to the LUPI I was very happy with the pharmacys fast response of processing the order I ordered buy three get one free and when I recieved the shipment a few of the viles were broke I called the pharmacy and they had me send a pic of the broken so I did email pics and never heard back from anyone but I did use the ones that were not broke in shipment and the results were okay not as happy with the LUPI as The HUCOG but it could be due to the fast weight loss from the HUCOG but thank you

Good and Bad

It took over 4 weeks to get my order this time and when it finally came 1/2 of it was missing. I called several times and some of the representatives were helpful and some didn't seem to care at all. I finally got some one who could tell me that the rest of my order would be coming the following week. It showed up the next week and I was really happy to get all of my order.

not made clear other products would be needed. the mixture of fluid with the hcg was not a sufficient amount which i don't understand and was not made clear that other items had to be purchased

Shipping Error

This was my first attempt.
Unfortunatley, the shipping was messed up, and US Mail was used versus Canada post.
It took an extra long time to receive my product.
While I was disappointed in the time it took to receive my product, I was very pleased by the customer service and tracking services I received through the call center. They were very helpful, friendly, had the product reshipped, and gave me the confidence to purchase again!

long time coming

happy with the price of the product, but it took a very long time getting to my home. when I called to track the progress, the customer service rep said it could not be tracked until it reached the us. but i am satisfied with the product and will order again knowing it takes forever to get here.

Time frame to receive product is long

When ordering this product it should be easier to track and find out where the product is exactly. I still have not received this order and have no method of knowing how much longer til I do receive it. Maybe the shipping carrier should changed so the order can be tracked to a closer pin point.

overall good....but....

The reason for my rating, average, is due to the fact that my order was only half. I ordered 3 vials of HGC, they all showed up, but two (2) of the vials had been broken in transit. One of the vials was completely unusable, the second, I was able to salvage about 75% of the contents. I have no issues with the company, other than when trying to resolve this matter, I could not get to the right people. Subsequently, I just decided to eat the cost and not bother with pursuing this any further.
The product was good (of what I got) and delivery was pretty quick. I would and will use them again and hopefully no broken bottles in transit.

Review on HCG

I previously ordered HCG from the pharmacy in India. The product arrived within the time frame I was given and proved to work quite effectively for myself,my daughter, and my husband. When it came time to re-order I foolishly decided to order the same product but in an effort to save literally only a few dollars I opted to order from a Singapore pharmacy. The review said the product was the same quality--but shipping was a few more days. In an effort to track the shipment about 17 or 18 days in I attempted to use the on-line tracking--which showed nothing. In fact, until the day of the shipments arrival the tracking system showed nothing. I called, a customer service rep was very friendly and very helpful but told me I just needed to wait a few more days. On the day he told me to call back I did, he searched for the shipping info, came back and told me that he would either call me or send me an e-mail within two days to tell me where the HCG was and if it had not arrived, a re-order would be sent. I did not hear from the company, however three days later my HCG arrived. It is not working even NEARLY as well as my shipment from India and I regret not ordering from the first pharmacy I used. I do appreciate the nice customer service personnel on the phone.

Shipping delays

First I must say the people I've spoken to on the live chat have been very helpful and friendly. I appreciate their confidence and willingness to assist me.

The medications were in excellent condition, the packaging arrive undamaged and the strength was as expected.

The only problem I had was with shipping delays. The order took almost eight weeks to arrive. I waited a few weeks until calling and the people I spoke to twice said to give it some more time. In the end the support person was not able to locate it and had to reorder.

I almost canceled but decided to wait it out. In the end I'm glad I waited because I was very pleased with the product and the price.

My Second Order

This order took quite a bit longer than I had anticipated and I had even payed extra for expedited processing. But although I was upset about the delay in getting my order, I have to say the customer service people handled it with such patience and were very helpful to me and took care of the problem.
