Long wait

Every conversation I had with the people at Pharmacy Escrow was extremely pleasant. The people who work here really seem to care about the customers. However, it took a really long time to get my HCG. I wanted to start on a particular date, so that I could lose weight for my college graduation and that did not work out because HCG did not come when I first placed my order (2 months). Then it was re-shipped and came in about 17 days.

I screwed up....

I could not stay on diet at all have not lost any more weight, this is my 4th cycle and I have either lost my will power or have become immune to it.. I'm going to try one more time.

Works great!

The HCG I received form Pharmacy Escrow was top notch quality. I then ordered some for my mother. A couple of problems, my mother's order didn't arrive even though I paid for express mail. They mixed up my account with my mother's, I did not get a $10 referral fee, the HCG is great but I am not jumping up and down about Pharmacy Escrow.

Good, but...

What i order arrives at my place in a few days, but the package did not protect my stuff enough. One of the bulb of Hcg i used broke in my fingers when i tried to open it. I think the bulb of Hcg was not perfectly designed. Also i live in Euro zone, and i have to pay something to my bank for the charge, so it would be nice, if it possible to pay with PayPal, because there is no fee for the conversion of USD to EUR. I hope this little text help you.

First time customer

I ordered through your service because a friend of mine had used you several times with great satisfaction. But I am saying the service was somewhat less than expected. I placed the order on March 6th and did not receive it until April 1st. Your company was always very courteous by phone and email but had no idea why it took so long. It seemed to be stuck in customs. When it finally goes through customs it was delivered in a day. I may try your service again but I hope for faster results.

Incorrect-Slow

I waited almost a month for delivery. The promised prescription was not enclosed. I received a glass vial marked for injections, when I ordered a the oral solution. It would also be nice if you included mixing instructions with each order, rather than me looking up the closest product I can find on your site and adapting it to the product I received. I am nervous about trying the product because I am not sure what was sent can be diluted for oral consumption. I have not tried product, yet.

Hcg

The was the 2nd time that I have ordered from Pharmacy Escrow. It wasn't quite as smooth as the first time but still all in all I will continue to order from them. The shipping took a very long time. I wasn't able to order the same product I did the first time and then it was lost in customs so I had to re order. I imagine these things happen and realize that Pharmacy Escrow has only so much to do with the shipping process. They were as helpful though as the first time. So all and all I would still recommend them for this Rx.

Review of my order and delivery of HCG

I was pleased that I received my order which was originated in the US before the recommended delivery date. However the tracking and delivery of the Hcg from China left me in the dark until it arrived at my home. I realized the savings gained by going overseas to get prescriptions filled, but my expectations were not met when it came to understanding and visually seeing where my order was during it's journey to my home. I would suggest a different tracking method or at least your chat representatives the ability to see and know where an order is in transit.

A little confusing

I thought the ordering process on line was quite simple, but even so I did get a little confused. So,I tried twice, unsuccessfully, to complete an order but gave up & ordered by phone. Because I had tried twice on line, the phone order was very confusing & my account was frozen because of multiple actions on it. I think that if an online order is not completed, the customer should be notified but then that order should be canceled if no corrective action is taken. Your staff was kind & patient.

This is my first time dealing or purchasing anything from PharmacyEscrow.com....it wasn't a bad experience just waited a lot longer than was noted i would wait seeing how i paid extra for faster delivery, and then there was no instructions i how i should mix my HCG medication in the HCG kit....
