Satisfaction Review

I might have been overly excited about starting the diet so it seemed my order took forever! It did take about six weeks to receive my order but every time I inquired to the online chat person, they were very reassuring that my order was coming. I was discouraged that I wasn't able to use the "order tracking" nothing ever came up for my order.
I have ordered from your site several times and I have been satisfied with each order.

Good with one exception

The ordering process was quick and easy. And the order was delivered in the time that was estimated for the delivery. My only concern and the reason I would not rate higher was the condition of the package when I received it. The fragile glass ampules were packaged inside an envelope that had no protection other than the thin outer box holding the product-- as it came from the manufacturer. I realize the drug was coming from a foreign country, but it was a miracle that my order was not damaged. I would just suggest that glass containers, especially fragile ampules be covered in protective mailers or boxes with packing. I am happy that my order made it intact. And I will be ordering again through your service.

Slow shipping times

Why are you pharmacies not shipping HCG by DHL anymore? It would be great if you offered alternative shipping methods for faster deliveries, two weeks is far too long to wait

Product as described & prompt shipping, but I got an e-mail asking me to review product and they'd give me up to $80 credit on my next order.

Then I was told my live chat that the e-mail was sent by mistake. Don't appreciate them wasting my time and getting me to their web site by "mistake".

Not as good quality as the other brand ... :(

I was excited to get this just like any previous orders, this brand made me hungry and i wasn't able to follow through with the entire cycle. I was on and off the diet. It seemed weak in comparison to the other brand I received in the past. As for the seller, same opinion, good seller, honest, but shipping prices are too high

shipment

Shipment information is unreliable - tracking number doesn't work. Shipment comes in split up and extremely slow for having paid for the upgraded lifetime shipping. There seems to be no way to verify when the remainder of the order will come in. 1st order went well and the customer service was very helpful when we didn't have a visa cc to make our purchase. We then added to that order and they came in very quickly. It has been this last order placed on 8-29-08 and a shipment of 15 was received on 9-25-08 and 15 arrived today 10-2-08 with 10 remaining to come in. Product has been good for all involved. placing the order has been easy, the only dissatisfaction is in the shipping and maybe you have a reason that will have it all make sense. We would like to place another order and we haven't received all of this order yet.

doesn't seem as potent

i ordered the other version the first time from Europe, i believe, with great results for my weight loss efforts. Shipping time was 2.5 weeks, about the same as the previous order. Still satisfied with the company and its guarantees.

I have NOT received all of this order.....

Everything has been great with your company and service but on this order I have yet to receive 35 of the 40/5000 HCG that I ordered. I am not sure why this has been marked completed but I know your team of people will figure this out and get me the other 35 ASAP. I have clients waiting and this is a first time offense. I know you will make it right and get the order taken care of properly.
