HCG

This last batch of HCG did not seem to be of high quality, those using it are not finding it as effective as the last batch.
Dealing with Pharmacy escrow is a pleasure though, I do find your website fairly easy to navigate and I really enjoy the fact that the chat window operates fantastically with someone on the other end who always seems extremely helpful. Thank you.

great product ... but it took a long time

Of course it was very easy to navigate the website and place an order. Once i placed the order i received confirmation that it had been sent out. I waited about four weeks and then started contacting the pharmacy that I had not received it ... the on line chat person re-assured me that I would soon be receiving the order, to just give it another week. I did this several times and finally received it after about 10 weeks ... I'm not sure what happened, perhaps it was lost in the mail, I don't know...But once I got the product I was very satisfied ... I have since ordered again and never had this problem.

I felt really hungry for the first 2-3 weeks, then my body finally adjusted and I was no longer starving everyday. I did lose 12 pounds in 40 days.

order vials instead of amp bottle

In an attempt to break open the amp bottle little parts of the glass broke into the bottle, that was money wasted; will order vials next time.

I did not have a good experience with your company this time, not only did my order take over a month to get to me the customer service I received was not acceptable to me. I have never had a problem with your company before and used to brag about you to my diet group, now I don't. I spoke to live chat when it became obvious that something was wrong with my order, what a joke that was. The man I spoke with was of no help at all and he told me he would upgrade the order when I had already paid for it. He said he would credit my account for my inconvenience and didn't. I paid for discreet packaging and received a package with "HCG" listed on the customs ticket and the front of the package said the brand and amount, whats discreet about that? I can no longer recommend your company if this is how your customer service is. The other company that my diet group uses is delivered in 5 business days not over a month.

I Received This Order Extremely Fast!

You get a three for this order because the turn around time was extremely fast however you would have received a four had I received all of my order. From past experiences I know trying to get what I order from you can be a complete pain and unsuccessful. However I received this order although not complete in less than two weeks time! I informed you that I did not receive the entire order and as expected no reply about this error. I placed an order for ten vials of HCG when you had the buy three and get one free special. By my calculations I should have received 13 vials total but I only received 12 vials in two different shipments. At first I received two vials that were horribly packaged and an email stating that my payment for $69 and some change was successful which was strange because the order I placed was for $289.47. After I emailed you about this fact and got no response two weeks later I received ten more vials. But I should have received eleven vials because if I ordered ten vials and you're supposed to receive one vial for free for every three ordered by my calculations I should have received 13 vials in total. Yet again your saving grace is your prices, I cannot find HCG priced better without smelling a scam being connected to it. Your shipping turn around is extremely faster now compared to two years ago (when I first began ordering from you) but your packaging has declined (now flimsy and torn envelopes verses concise discretely wrapped packages) and your customer service has declined as well. But, keep up the great pricing and I hope that you will return to your previous packaging methods because one of my vials was cracked. But, I knew calling or emailing you to try to get the cracked vial replaced was futile after reading another customer's review when the same instance happened to them; you had the nerve to tell them to take a picture of the smashed vial to prove that fact when most people with common sense would thrown that vial away because of the cracked exposed glass. Which I did of course. But, other than all that I know this is the place for competitively priced HCG and fast shipments.

My order was changed to a different pharmacy

Whe I first ordered my HCG PREGNYL ("HCG"), Phamacyescrow.com was using a different pharmacy than the pharmacy they switched my order to. Although I am not certain where the original pharmacy was, the pharmacy my order was switched to did not even ship my order for nearly a week and a half after my order was switched to their company, causing an approximate two week delay in shipment. I was not even aware my order had not shipped until I received an e-mail from Pharmacyescrow.com that my order had been delayed due to a switch in pharmacies. While I don't have any issue with switching pharmacies, the delay in shipping my order very nearly cost my four weeks of progress with my HCG. I had one, maybe two, shots left in my vial when my very delayed order arrived. It did arrive on the 21st day, which was the maximum guaranteed delivery date from shipping, but the product was shipped late.
When the order did arrive, it was not in the packaging I expected. It was a different brand of HCG then I ordered and did not come with the vial like the previous brand. Unexpectedly, I had to get additional supplies to use my product. My second order of HCG from the "buy 3 get 1 free" special has not arrived to date. I am hoping I don't have similar issues.
However, all that aside, the customer service from Pharmacyescrow was superb. I don't believe the people from the online chat site have much in the way of decision making authority. They didn't offer anything in the way of crediting my account for the delay or any other typical customer service offering. There was long delays while looking things up on the computer and they could not track my package because it was not sent UPS. But they were extremely friendly and willing to help with whatever I needed, even if they didn't have an answer for me. The only reason I did not give this order a "poor" rating was because the online chat personnel were friendly and helpful and willing to do whatever they could to make my order right, which wasn't much because they kept politely telling me to wait the full 21 days for delivery.
The website for the live chat was also extremely helpful. It is far easier than trying to place a phone call through an automated system. You get a live person right away who can answer questions about your order.
When I do place another order of HCG, I would use Pharmacyescrow.com again because it appears they have their pharmacy issue resolved and their customer service online chat staff are extremely friendly and helpful within their capabilities.

HCG - it works!

Very happy with the product and love the HCG diet. The hcg provided by pharmacy along with the diet work extremely well. I've always been very pleased at the results and the HCG provided by Pharmacy Escrow definitely works.

Shipping Process

I use HCG for weight loss and it works very well. However it would be of benefit to me if the shipping process didn't take so long.
