I have had very helpful support people when I have called about my order. I do wish that when orders were sent in more than one package we could be told so I don't have to call when my order is not complete. Shaun Stevens sent me an e-mail to inform me of the different packages I was getting and the tracking number for each this was a great help. I am happy with my order and the help I have gotten.

Wonderful product-great service

I received the product in a very timely manner, and any time I had any questions at all I got my answer. This time, I unfortunately had some vials broken during shipment. PharmacyEscrow was very helpful and replaced the vials. I will continue to utilize this company.

hcg diet

I loved the product. I have recommended it to many people. i used it as directed and lost weight on the first day, it was great!! The only disadvantage to this product was the diet. I'm a picky eater so it was hard to stick with it but i personally know people who have lost 100+ with this product!

The initial tracking information given to me was incorrect. However, when I called in the staff was very helpful in letting me know where my package was.

I initially had an issue with my first shipment sent on 1/29 was not received and after contacting the company thru the chat option it was resent and received within 5 business days. Everyone I spoke with was knowledgeable and helped in every way they could to get me my order. I will definitely use the service again.

This product was easy to order and very fairly priced. The only negative was the shipping time. The product did come within the suggested period, however, it does take quite a few weeks to get to me in the states.

this was my first time in ordering from Pharmacyescrow.com.
I found this site to be very easy and user friendly when searching for the exact product of my interest. In my ordering product - I had some questions re: the product before I made the purchase. I used the Live Chat feature and was pleased to find friendly customer service from them. they were able to answer most of my questions.
Once I placed my order - it was great to know that I had a tracking number and was able to keep tabs on when my order was shipped and when I would be expecting it.
Overall, I was VERY pleased with using Pharmacyescrow.com. I would recommend (and have recommended ) this site to anyone.
