My first transaction

This was my first transaction with DD. After researching other online pharmacies, I decided to go with Pharmacyescrow.com due to their high customer satisfaction from the Yahoo! Groups hcg dieters forums. After a brief medical survey, I placed my order with Pharmacyescrow.com with an e-check in order to save a few bucks. However, I was not aware that due to this form of payment, my shipment was delayed for almost 2 weeks in order for the funds to be verified. I was a bit disappointed by this delay and had I known prior to the placement of my order, I would not have paid by e-check. Other than that, my order arrived discreetly packaged as promised, and no other problems arose.

I was a little leery placing an order for this product the first time. However, the staff was great and it was relatively easy placing the order. I live in Canada and was surprised when my shipment came in ahead of schedule. Thank you and I recommend trying this product.

Excellent service but...

My wife and I ordered HCG through PharmacyEscrow.com because we wanted some help losing weight before a vacation we were taking. The online payment processing did not accept my bank debit card and then re-directed me to another payment site to "try again" which made me nervous. That payment processing did not work either...I called PharmacyEscrow.com and the customer service rep took care of the problem straight away and assured me that I was only charged once.

Ordering online couldn't be easier

When ordering this product I knew that the wait would be longer than getting it from a local pharmacy but with a little planning I found that this was the easiest way to shop for my product. Customer service is outstanding and very helpful. I use the live chat feature to check on orders and delivery. The representatives are extremely polite and very helpful. They respond quickly and efficiently. I highly recommend this service. In fact, when I have told my friends about it, they have decided to use this instead of the local pharmacy since the prices are excellent and they receive their shipments quicker than expected.

Quality of Order

The quality of the order placed on 7-7-08 was pretty good, however one of the vials was shattered upon delivery. The packaging did not have enough protection wrapping.

I had a little trouble with the vials-they were hard to open, but the HCG seems to be working perfectly. I appreciate that the staff worked hard to make sure I got the best price too

I did not feel that the support staff were particularly helpful. I called a couple of times to check the status of my order and they were curt and not very friendly. They simply repeated the same thing-your order will take 7-39 days. This is the same information as I found in FAQ. I felt my order was processed in accord with your policies and that is why I am giving you a rating of 4. It would be helpful if you could give better shipment tracking information. It was impossible to find any tracking information on my order. My package never showed up in tracking info. It just finally arrived.
I have been very pleased however, with the product. Therefore I will be ordering again.

The product was excellent it does seem to take a long time to receive but 3 weeks is worth the wait. I have lost some weight and am happy. Other people are noticing there is a difference.

Issues with Pmt, but Delivered Timely

I think I entered my payment information incorrectly online because they were not able to process the payment. They did e-mail me and were very timely with their responses. I gave them the information again and within a day they had said that everything was all set and that my order would be processed. They did actually put my order on hold too, so that if they ran out I would still get mine and hot have to worry about being on a wait list.
