Must Try Product

Web site
The PharmacyEscrow.com web site is very easy to navigate and user friendly. The product search field is comprehensive and allows you to easily find not only the product but the strength with little effort.

Ordering
Placing the order is breeze. The site supplies a user name in order to track your order. While this is a great feature, unfortunately the product arrived at my home before the tracking system kicked in. This occurred on both orders for the same product. Therefore, it may have more to do with the pharmacy in question as opposed to PharmacyEscrow.com.

Receiving of product
I must add that the arrival time for the product was well within the guidelines given on the site. This was a definite plus. The product was well packed and there was no sign of damage. All labeling was clearly written and accurate. One order required a signature and the other did not. Even though I ordered the same product, one order had one vial and the second order, which contained 2 vials, was the order requiring a signature. I did not see anything on the web site addressing the issue of when signatures are needed.

Product
There is no need to worry about the product being made in China and distributed in India. The box holding the HcG is well marked with manufacturer information such as lot number date of manufacture and expiration date.

Customer Service
If there is any area in which improvement can be made it lies in the area of customer service. On about the 7th day of the HcG protocol, I accidentally left the mixture unrefrigerated for 24 hours. I e-mailed PharmacyEscrow.com to inquire as to whether or not the mixture would still be good. I never received a response. I then tried to talk to someone in the live chat forum and after relaying the circumstances was told the HcG was no longer good.

Several days after discarding the mixture, I came across information from the original protocol that stated the mixture COULD be left up to 3 days at room temperature but MUST be refrigerated beyond that. The information also indicated that if there was a doubt as to the mixtures potency, it could be tested by buying a cheap pregnancy test and putting a drop or 2 of the mixture (not urine)in the test. If the results are positive then the mixture is still good.

After discovering this, I sent a second e-mail advising of what I'd learned and voicing displeasure that the incorrect information given by the rep at PharmacyEscrow.com caused me to waste $55 (cost of HcG and shipping) not to mention needing to abandon the protocol and having to wait 4-6 weeks before another order can be delivered. Again, NO acknowledgment of the second e-mail. This total lack of response led me believe that there was no concern on the part of PharmacyEscrow.com for either the customer or support after the sale. Even if you do not agree with a customer's position, at least a response is warranted. I was hoping some accommodation would be made for the error in information or at least some comment on the information to test the HcG potency. Instead, I just felt ignored and unimportant.

Overall, I would order again from PharmacyEscrow.com. The price (at least for this product) was competitive, the delivery was timely and with some tweaking of customer service, this would be the perfect store.

Great experience, friendly staff and very easy to order the product. I really like the precise tracking of the package. The only thing that I would want to change would be to speed up the shipping so that I would receive the product quicker.

Everything about your service is good. It does take the time you state online and sometimes a little longer. My only complaint would that it takes a long time to arrive. I do, however, appreciate your service. I have placed four orders now. Thanks

Greetings: The quality of the order is to my satisfaction. however - I am disappointed that I cannot use a Mastercard for the orders. In addition - is there anyway that I can get orders quicker without paying too much extra.?

One other comment. I LOVE the live chat option on your website. It has been highly effective and time effective for me.

Nervous for nothing

I was anxious about getting my order. It seemed that it would never come. So I pestered several "Live Chat" assistants about it more than once. They were always very patient and took the time to explain. I was confused about the number of days expected for delivery time (I didn't realize weekend days didn't count, only business days). Sure enough it arrived within the time that it should of and all of my anxiety was for nothing! And even if it hadn't arrived, I had nothing to worry about as everyone I talked to assured me that if it didn't arrive they would send more out. They just asked me to wait till a specific day. And sure enough, it arrived that day!

This place has the best prices on the web! Outstanding products! I put a lot of time into searching different sites for HCG and found PharmacyEscrow.com to be the best. I have 7 friends that are now using this same website and all of them have been very happy with their products. The online Chat is also worth a lot!

I am very satisfied, and will continue using your service. This was my first order and there were some communication glitches (Rx already faxed but email received requesting it). It was all taken care of, via emails, in a timely manner. The meds arrived within the time frame expected. Thank you!

Although there was some miscommunication in the beginning about delivery to po box's, I received my product without further delay. I received what I ordered and it arrived when I was told it would. I will order from here again and will buy multiples to save on shipping.

The first time I placed an order, I followed the prompts to choose my order, which was easy enough. As I followed the prompts to the check out, I encountered a slight problem, the final page on which to place the order did not populate for the longest time, and when it did, my order had been populated for twice as much as I originally indicated. I tried to go back to the original page to correct the order, only to have another order tagged on to the double order that I had placed. There was no place for correction, so I logged out of my account. When I later logged back into my account, the original order I had placed was on my account waiting for payment.
I was given an order and confirmation number and was told to wait for an email with the order and tracking information.
A few days later I checked my email, and there it was. I was so excited that I could go online and actually track my shipment, this would make planning so much easier.
Well, I logged into my account, and the confirmation number was already in place, all I had to do is click a button to keep up with my package, or NOT!!!
The message I got was that due to the originating country, this parcel is not trackable until it comes into your own country. I tried a few days later and still nothing.
Disheartened I sent an email to customer service requesting status of my order.
Though they were not able to give me a definite date, I received an email the very next day with an estimated time frame.
I was very satisfied with the timely response and courtesy of the customer service rep.
When my order came in, I was pleased to see that the parcel had been packed very discretely.
All in all I was pleased enough to give the company another go with a second order.
