I did receive an order from PharmacyEscrow it came as ordered. Price was very good for the internet and prescription service was very easy to do. I was a little overwhelmed by the shipping costs but all things considered, everything went well and I received my order in timely fashion. I would rate PharmacyEscrow 4 out of 5 stars.

Great service and a great company

I first heard about HCG after reading "The Weight Loss Cure They Don't Want You To Know About By Kevin Trudeau". I've been down the medical field and to be honest with you I understood the often conflicting information regarding allopathic medicine. I knew that the HCG would in fact work as Trudeau suggested. I read his first two books "natural cures they don't want you to know about" and "more natural cures revealed". I followed many of the suggestions in that book and really did in fact create a greater sense of well being for myself. I do in fact believe in Kevin Trudeau. I understand he had a shady past but you can't judge someone based off a few mistakes they made in their life. Getting back to the HCG.....

Now at first I was hesitant to inject a substance into my body but that quickly faded as I read more and more into "weight loss cure". I never in a million years would put something in my body that I thought would cause it harm or for that matter recommend it to someone else who had weight issues; which I did. HCG does in fact work. I lost 15 lbs in 23 days. Its not exactly a pound a day but I saw dramatic body reshaping. There are many fitness gurus who say there is no such thing as spot fat removal. I am by no means a doctor but I am a good hearted person who wants to make my life all I can make and help out others when I can; HCG does in fact help with spot fat removal. Pharmacyescrow.com was recommended to me by someone who successfully completed the HCG diet before I did. It was cheap and it took about 15 days to receive. I am very happy with the customer service. I remember asking several questions to the live chat and the representatives always promptly replied with an answer or directed me to the place where I could get the answer. I was a little hesitant at first to buy from outside the united states but I trusted the individual that recommended pharmacyescrow.com and now I can say whole heartedly I will be a customer for life to Pharmacyescrow for many of my supplements. can I say that pharmacyescrow.com is the cheapest place to buy medicine and supplements? I don't know but I do know this company is the cheapest I have found for HCG. The quality is also not sacrificed for such a discounted price. What I like about pharmacyescrow is, after I placed my order online the next a representative called me and told me the order had gone through. It made the legitimacy of pharmacy escrow so much greater in my book.

also another note....

I liked the free e-book that came with the HCG it gave me some helpful tips on how to diet with the hcg protocol and gave me the ins and out of the discovery of hcg by dr. simeons and background information of how HCG targets the problem areas such as the hips, thighs, belly and love handles.

I am going through another round of the HCG protocol and just wanted to thank pharmacyescrow for being a great company to work with and I sincerely appreciate their customer service.

If you want to lose the problem areas and possibly lose a pound a day of abnormal fat I highly recommend you order from pharmacy escrow.

This was my first order with your company and the process went very smoothly. Customer service was excellent. Product packaging is very good with labeling and instructions that are clear and concise.

The few issues that were a problem are mentioned below for your use in your quality service evaluation:

I had difficulty applying a coupon with the priority shipping and received excellent help from customer assistance.

The product arrived within the time expected, however, shipping packaging should be improved. it should be noted online that tracking for the U.S. is not available -- the tracking number provided is not recognized online at the USPS website.

Packing of the actual product is good. Labeling and instructions are clear and concise.

Be Patient!

I decided to go on the HCG diet and began to look for sources of HCG. In ordering from PharmacyEscrow.com, I found their menus easy to navigate and placed my order. It took a while for the delivery- in fact, long enough that I became worried about my order not being delivered (I was anxiously waiting to begin my diet!) About that time, my order arrived. I am now about to reorder. My advice, be patient, your order will arrive. Oh, by the way, I lost 30 lbs in 6 weeks!

I couldn't believe the ease of finding what I needed and the friendly help I receive from customer service. It was so easy to order my product and purchase it with no hassle. To offer live chat to help with any problems made my experience so much nicer. It was great to be able to keep track of my order. When I received my package and saw that everything was in great shape and kept very discrete I was relieved.

Because of the high shipping cost and the long wait I gave them a 4. I knew it would cost and take long due to getting my product out of the country. Because of my past experiences with this company and your professionalism, I will continue to purchase products from here. Thanks again for a nice experience.

Lost my order or something!

Generally, I've had no problem with my past order, but this time something went wrong and after 30 days, I didn't get my shipment and it didn't look like anything was shipping anytime soon. So, I contacted PharmacyEscrow.com to follow-up and they found that the system lost my order or something went wrong with the process. I had paid for the items, but nothing shipped or it got lost in the mail. However, PharmacyEscrow.com stepped in quickly and reshipped/rerouted my items and they came within about 2 weeks from when I contacted them. I appreciated their great customer service and quick resolution. I am getting ready to order something again, even though I had problems with this order. I feel they provided good customer service and won over my loyalty for future business.

Surprisingly Pleasant Ordering Experience

To be honest, I felt very apprehensive about ordering medication online. However, I had read many good things about PharmacyEscrow.com and decided to give them a try. Navigating there website was quite easy and so was the ordering process. When there was a question concerning my order, they were quick to send me an email regarding this. Once the concern was addressed, my order was promptly sent out. Also, their online representative (Live Chat) was very friendly and helpful when I had questions about the shipping time of my order. The best part is that I received exactly what I ordered and in record time (even with the shipping delay, it was much faster than I had read it would take). Hi, my name is Amy and I am going to be doing a review on PharmacyEscrow.com, the Singapore Pharmacy on the product of HCG. Now, the ease of placing any order, I would rate this 3 out of 5 stars for 2 reasons. I was ordering the HCG from the website and I needed to add more than 1 IU size of the product; unfortunately the continue shopping and take you back to the beginning of the website instead of the HCG choice page. The second reason was because for some reason, the website does not like my Visa number and directs me to a second page in order to complete my order although that’s not so bad. Otherwise, placing the order was quite simple as long as you know what you are ordering. The friendliness of the staff and problems; I suppose I would rate this 5 out of 5 stars because I’ve never had to call regarding a problem which is awesome. The steps; by providing my e-mail address, I was able to get updates on the entire ordering and shipping process; when the order was charged, when it was sent to the pharmacist to be reviewed, when it was shipped and the tracking numbers. From there, I was able to check where the product was and how quickly it would arrive. I love this feature; it keeps me in a loop. 5 out of 5 stars for communication. The shipping times; now this is where the company really shines. 5 out of 5 stars for this one. I never expected my product to arrive here so fast. I did pay for expedited shipping but getting from Singapore to Washington State in 7 days was phenomenal. The product quality; I was ordering medicine in glass ampules and I was worried in wondering if they would make it here intact and they did. It came packaged in a cardboard box in a padded envelope and none of the ampules broke. 5 out 5 stars.
My overall rating for the ordering company is 4 out of 5 stars which is excellent in my opinion. As soon as I received the first package, as fast as I did, I ordered from them again. Now that I know how the website works, getting around it is quite easy. I will always continue to order.

Customer service was great, but I had some questions regarding the product and the first person I spoke to didn't have the correct information, but the second person I spoke to did. And I love the live chat feature. Keep up the good work!
