Great Service

I have ordered from pharmacy escrow 3 times now and each time i have been really impressed with the service. When I called customer service about a problem I was having ordering they were very helpful. I was kept informed via email as to what was happening with my order, and it arrived faster than i thought it would. Overall, I am very pleased and will definitely order again.

Good Experience

I was thoroughly impressed with the transaction as a whole. I have never ordered meds online and was skeptical to begin with. However the ordering process was easy, i received regular updates about the where in the process everything was, and even received phone calls confirming everything. The only downside was the length of time it takes to get the meds, but this had more to do with customs and processing than anything else. I will definitely use them again.

Delivered on time, as expected. Product worked as described. Thanks! I think vials would be a little easier delivery mechanism compared to ampules.

Shipping time

I'm satisfied with the service. I known the international shipping can take time. Once aware of the length of time it takes I know to plan ahead for this timely process. The online live chat is a good feature to keep updated and get more detailed answers. It would be nice to have the toll free number active again as an option other than the live chat only.

Easy Access to HGC makes weight loss easier

This is the second time that I have ordered hcg from this company. I had such a good experience with my first order, that I told several of my friends who were doing the same protocol that I was and they wanted me to order for them. Their order website is very user friendly. All I did was type in hcg in their search engine and the exact thing that I was looking for was the first thing that popped up. I had tried to find hcg many places, but there were so many requirements to be able to get it. When a friend told me about this company, I was thrilled.
I wasn't sure how long it would take to receive the product, so I did use the website's chatting service a couple of times and also called in to customer service. Every representative that I spoke with or chatted with online was very professional, courteous and friendly. They were very clear with their instructions and the information that they provided me. Once my order went through, I was provided shipping and tracking information. My order arrived in a timely fashion and I was very pleased with the product that I had received. It made me feel even more comfortable that this was the second time I had ordered from the company and everything looked the same as it had the first shipment I received. That made me believe that I was dealing with a reputable company. Every person that I have ordered for, including myself, has had optimal results using this product. I will definitely order again and would recommend this company to anyone.

Finally, an easy way to get HCG!

I had a friend who was able to get my first set of hcg to use for weight loss, but there came a time when the product seemed to become scarce and widely unavailable. Shortly after that is when I found out about this company. I was so excited when I went onto the website and it was so easy to find what I was looking for.
I was took comfort in the fact that the company did a medical questionnaire to be reviewed by a doctor before they would fill my order. Once my order was submitted and my medical questionnaire was reviewed, I soon received confirmation of the shipment of my order and tracking information. I was anxious to receive my product and tried to track it several times. When I was unable to track it, I contacted customer service via telephone and also via the online chat service. The representatives assured me that my order had been shipped and that the reason I might not be able to track it was because the order had not arrived into the United States yet, or had not made it through customs.
While I was never able to track the order, I did receive it in the time that they had told me I would. The package was in good shape and the product that I received was the same as the hcg I had used in the past from other places.
I had very good results with the product that I received and have had no problems. I would highly recommend this company to others. They have been a pleasure to do business with.

The product was accurately dosed and effective. The only negative thing I would say is that the HCG was in break off top vial and required me getting another vial to constitute it and store it. Other than that, I am very pleases with the quality.

Always good support from this company. Orders are easy to complete. There is notification of shipping and tracking information provided. Signing up for the free shipping for life is well worth the cost if you plan on making multiple orders. Live Chat folks are also always available for answering questions.
