I was a little disappointed in the length of time that it took to receive my order, until I realized that it had to go through Customs.

This is the second time that this happen to me. I got an e-mail telling me that my product was sent to me, a week and a half later I checked the tracking number and it had not been sent yet. I then went to the live chat room and the guy told me it was shipping on that day. Its always shipping on the day I call and complain, why? Other than this one problem, I am happy with the product quality. Everything that I receive is correct and good quality.

Pharmacy Escrow delivers period. Easy ordering with video tutorials on products and preparation was helpful figuring out exactly what brands...we needed. HCG

I placed the order on line and received excellent customer service. Within 24 hours I received a follow up call letting me know the status of my order and asking if I had any questions or concerns. I was very impressed that a free e-book on the HCG diet was also included with my order. I chose the expedited shipping and despite customs received my order within a week! The reason I rated it 4 stars instead of 5 was that after 2 weeks and despite being kept in the re-fridge, the HCG seemed to lose potency. Despite keeping a food diary and very carefully counting my calories and measuring all of my food I stopped losing weight. I will order again but in the 20 day supply instead of the 40.

Getting supplies

I ordered my medication administration supplies along with my medication. I relieved high quality and easy to use syringes and vials. They all had adequate safety features. As well as site prep wipes to assist me in making sure I am utilizing safe and appropriate practice in administering the injections. Thanks Pharmacy Escrow with making it all just that much easier!

HCG and KIT

As far as the kit, I wish the syringes in the kit had longer needles as the mixing process was difficult. I had to tilt the ampoule sideways to get the needle in. But the glass vials, the water, everything else was perfect. I comes with absolutely everything you might need. Very convenient.

As far as the HCG, my only complaint is that it took such a long time to recieve it. But that is to be expected as it's traveling international. Otherwise, everything came packaged wonderfully.

Everything was packaged as I ordered and clean and sterile. I felt confident in the product and the instructions for the use for weight loss. All the information was very clear. The only thing that I have to say negative toward the HCG program is the video demonstration it doesn't say the strength that is being prepared or how many CC that will be used at the strength demonstrated.

The site for ordering my medication was very user friendly. I ordered on the 6th and received my order on the 21st. I was given a tracking number that was not very helpful as it didn't show any order initially when I attempted to track my order. I finally attempted to use the 800 number and received a message that I had to go though the website to track my order. I did so and was informed that it had not reached the USA yet and that was why I was unable to track it at that time. The live chat was helpful and the other person was very professional and polite. Overall my experience my very good.

Fast Shipping

Product came well packaged and quickly shipped (used regular shipping). I was expecting it to take at least 2 weeks, product arrived well under 2 weeks. I will continue using Pharmacy Escrow

How well it works

It didn't work as well as the previous orders. I have placed another order hoping to see results this time which hopefully I do. The last time I lost 15 pounds. No problem, this time I need to lose 12 pounds and the order I did previously didn't work
