Wonderful Product

This product was wonderful, I received it within 2 weeks of ordering. The only thing that prevented me from rating it a 5 is that it comes in ampoules and I like mixing with the vials much better (just a little easier). Although I would rather mix with vials I stay with this product due to it's proven results. I use the HCG just to maintain weight after losing 34 lbs on my first 43 day program over two years ago.

Quality of order

For the most part, very satisfied with the order. I was given the tracking information, however i was never able to track my order. All of a sudden it showed up. Understandably it takes a long time to receive the order due to where it is shipped from. Just would have liked to have been able to track it better.

HCG review

The only reason I did not rate it a 5 is because I had initially selected to pay with a Master Card (my bad) but I was not able to get the Western Union to work for me so I had to call in and have the order changed. it was not a smooth as a transition as it could have been but overall I received the product as described and in the time that was specified. I do wish the shipping could be a little faster but overall the product was worth the wait.

I think your company could do much better with packaging. When the actual HCG arrived yesterday I had no idea whether it needed refrigeration or not?

The product arrived much sooner than I expected. The packaging could have been better as the entire order was lucky to have been crushed. I would order from this company again.

Rating the quality of my order

I received my order within a reasonable amount of time. However, it contained no instructions. I was able to go online and obtain information. Also, I was promised a free hcg diet book with my order, but no book was shipped with my order. When I went to live chat, the operator sent a link to the book via e-mail...less convenient to me than a book, but I took it as I wanted to get started on my diet. I'm excited about trying the HCG diet and I'll let you know how well it works.
