The product was excellent it does seem to take a long time to receive but 3 weeks is worth the wait. I have lost some weight and am happy. Other people are noticing there is a difference.

Finally, an easy way to get HCG!

I had a friend who was able to get my first set of hcg to use for weight loss, but there came a time when the product seemed to become scarce and widely unavailable. Shortly after that is when I found out about this company. I was so excited when I went onto the website and it was so easy to find what I was looking for.
I was took comfort in the fact that the company did a medical questionnaire to be reviewed by a doctor before they would fill my order. Once my order was submitted and my medical questionnaire was reviewed, I soon received confirmation of the shipment of my order and tracking information. I was anxious to receive my product and tried to track it several times. When I was unable to track it, I contacted customer service via telephone and also via the online chat service. The representatives assured me that my order had been shipped and that the reason I might not be able to track it was because the order had not arrived into the United States yet, or had not made it through customs.
While I was never able to track the order, I did receive it in the time that they had told me I would. The package was in good shape and the product that I received was the same as the hcg I had used in the past from other places.
I had very good results with the product that I received and have had no problems. I would highly recommend this company to others. They have been a pleasure to do business with.

Easy Access to HGC makes weight loss easier

This is the second time that I have ordered hcg from this company. I had such a good experience with my first order, that I told several of my friends who were doing the same protocol that I was and they wanted me to order for them. Their order website is very user friendly. All I did was type in hcg in their search engine and the exact thing that I was looking for was the first thing that popped up. I had tried to find hcg many places, but there were so many requirements to be able to get it. When a friend told me about this company, I was thrilled.
I wasn't sure how long it would take to receive the product, so I did use the website's chatting service a couple of times and also called in to customer service. Every representative that I spoke with or chatted with online was very professional, courteous and friendly. They were very clear with their instructions and the information that they provided me. Once my order went through, I was provided shipping and tracking information. My order arrived in a timely fashion and I was very pleased with the product that I had received. It made me feel even more comfortable that this was the second time I had ordered from the company and everything looked the same as it had the first shipment I received. That made me believe that I was dealing with a reputable company. Every person that I have ordered for, including myself, has had optimal results using this product. I will definitely order again and would recommend this company to anyone.

Thank you for my order. The only thing i found that was disappointing is that the instructions for mixing the Sodium Chloride with the HCG are NOT included.

I would use this service again. Very easy and if you have questions the Chat is easy to use also. I got my prescriptions in the 18 business days that I was told I would. I am very happy with the product also!

Great Customer Service with PharmacyEscrow.com

I was really surprised at the great customer service I received with my order of HCG from PharmacyEscrow.com. I have ordered medicine from other sites and they were not near as professional. PharmacyEscrow.com really kept me updated on the status of my order with emails letting you know how far along my order was in the process, Steps, 1,2,3,4. I also used the chat line to check on my order, they were very friendly and knowledgeable. My medicine came in a very timely manner and met all my expectations. PharmacyEscrow.com sent a email after the order was completed to make sure that everything went ok with the order process. I would definitely order from PharmacyEscrow.com again.

I was very impressed with your company. I appreciated the fact that the HCG arrived when scheduled, actually a day early. It came in a package that was discreet. I did not like the fact that the tracking number that I received I was unable to track it. But, I received the email stating that this is changing. I spoke with one of the customer service reps, and he did answer all of my questions.

Minor delivery problems but excellent product!

When I placed my order there happened to be an issue with the PharmacyEscrow.com system and the order was not processed promptly. I had also paid the extra to be moved to the front of the line and that did not happen. Although it took two phone calls to get everything resolved (I called initially as I had not been notified of the product being shipped) I can happily say that once everything was fixed the product came pretty quickly (not as fast as my first order, but still quite quickly) and I was refunded the charge for the upgrade to front of the line which I greatly appreciated. The staff the helped me were great and answered all my questions even though some of them were "tough" as I had a time line I was attempting to meet.
The product worked great and I would definitely order it again. I really liked that each item was individually packaged versus putting 3 vials of the product and saline in each box. I also appreciated the fact that each individual box had been opened and a small piece of Styrofoam had been taped to the product to make sure there would be no breakage! Those little details make all the difference.
Although the order started off not as smoothly as I would have liked, the efficient handling of the issues and the great product made it all end up on a good note!

HCG Review

When ordering for the first time, I had to fill out the medical questioner to see if I was qualified to receive the product. This process does take some time to get through all the questions. I did have a problem with the secured part of the website. It would not accept my credit card. It kept telling me that the 3-digit code on the back was not correct. I tried 3 different cards. No luck. I then tried it again later and it did work.
Then when the secured site was processing the order, it took quite awhile. It appeared that it was stuck and was not going to complete the processing. I then went through the ordering process again and it did complete in more timely matter. I then realized that it billed my account twice. I sent an e-mail to customer service advising them of what had happened in the ordering process. I was promptly credited back for one order.
PharmacyEscrow.com advises that it can take 4-6 weeks to receive this product. They are correct, I received this in the 6th week.
As far as the quality of the product, I have just started using it couple days ago and have not had a chance to see results yet. I did test the product on a test strip and it did show to be positive, therefore I am optimistic that it is of good quality.
