The quality seems fine

Not used yet. I have used the 5,000 units and I lost 25 lbs now I am going to start to use 10,000 units I am sure it will work as good as the last one. The item was shipped in one piece.

I love getting this med for sooo much cheaper! The time it takes to get the medicine is so worth the wait when you pay so much less than what you would pay in the US.

I would highly recommend ordering this item as well as from Pharmacyescrow.com! I have been very satisfied with them I only wish the shipping charge was a little more reasonable and the delivery times faster but other then that very satisfied!

the product came in a good condition within and the delivery didn't took very long (maybe about one week to austria/ europe- faster than i expected).

I would have given the support a 5 if it was based soley on person-to-person contact. I felt the staff was very helpful and knowledgeable when I could get a live customer service representative. I gave you a 4, however because it was very difficult to get through to a live person. On many occasions when I called to check the status of my order or if I had a question, I was put on hold and held for more than 20 minutes. Then I was kicked out of the queue and sent by your system to a recording to leave a voice message. I did, however appreciate the friendly and professional manner that I was treated with when I did have someone on the other end of the line.

Great Quality

I use HCg for weight loss after doing my first round through a medical facility and paying 1200 dollars for it, I was adamant about finding a cheaper way to do this. I was then told of PharmacyEscrow.com. I went to the site and found what I needed it was a simple process fill out a questionnaire and order. I had a little run in with my bank not wanting to pay internationally but was able to get around it with a visa. My only complaints are you should accept MasterCard and the length of time it takes to get to me, though that may not be fixable. Thank you for the cheap way to be able to offer a excellent quality product.

The packaging of the product could have been easier. The glass vials were difficult to use. A vial with the rubber to stick the needle through would have been much easier. I also learned to use a faster shipping method because it took a month to received my order and I thought that was a little too long.

when I first ordered from PharmacyEscrow.com I was very skeptical. the ordering process was very easy and I had no problems. I made a small order and thought if I don't get it that would be ok, but then I read the "guarantee" that PharmacyEscrow.com has and was comfortable knowing that if I did not get my product that this company would do everything it could to reship and get it to me. unfortunately I was one of the unlucky packages that was lost in the mail. I was so sad and a little angry, I was talking with the "live-chat" assistants a few times a week. they were so friendly and helpfully and apologetic that my product had not been delivered to me. they shipped a second package and it got to me in 21 days total, 15 business days. I opened it up and started my treatment the next day. in 42 days after treatment I lost 40 pounds and am in the best shape of my life, so I know the quality of the product is amazing. I would suggest to anyone who is overweight to try the hcg diet and get your HCG here at PharmacyEscrow.com
