Ordered, shipped and received in good time.

I submitted my order and then was confused about the amount that I had ordered so I called to ask about my order. The gentleman who answered was very nice and assured me that my order was correct and told me how to track my order. The tracking option worked perfectly and I was able to determine where my order was on each day. When my order was delivered it was only a partial order and so I called for support again and was assured that my order was shipped in more than one package and the remainder would soon arrive which it did. The total amount of time for the three packages to arrive was less than three weeks. The order was complete and reached me in good time.

Wish tracking worked better for US customers

I placed a product order with PharmacyEscrow.com and was very pleased that there were no financial snags between them and my credit card company. The transaction from a financial point of view went through without a hitch.

The products I ordered arrived just as detailed and without damage.

However, I chose to pay for the expedited shipping which I believe was a waste of money. When I received my confirmation of order it included a USPS tracking number. That number, unlike a FedEx or UPS tracking, is useless until the package reaches some point in the US. For the first two weeks the order was not traceable. And based on previous info from friends using this company, paying the fee for faster shipping did me no good.

Issues with Pmt, but Delivered Timely

I think I entered my payment information incorrectly online because they were not able to process the payment. They did e-mail me and were very timely with their responses. I gave them the information again and within a day they had said that everything was all set and that my order would be processed. They did actually put my order on hold too, so that if they ran out I would still get mine and hot have to worry about being on a wait list.

The pharmacy was quick they told me it could take up to 18 business days and I had it in 14. I contacted you because I was unable to track my order and your response was very prompt and professional. Your company ensured me that if the package was stopped in customs you would re ship at no cost to me. Thanks for the speedy service

This was my first order and the shipping took a long time. However, the product quality was excellent and the customer service was adequate. They attempted to help, and did to the most part. Definitely would order again as the product was of high quality and met my expectations and the price was the lowest I found.

My shipment actually took a bit long, and when it did I had one vial broken... Which broke my heart. Hopefully future orders will not come out like this one, but overall, thanks for the help.

I had a little trouble with the vials-they were hard to open, but the HCG seems to be working perfectly. I appreciate that the staff worked hard to make sure I got the best price too

As in all my previous orders PharmacyEscrow.com was wonderful to work with! They made ordering easy and efficient. Their online chat (customer service) staff really knows what they are talking about and I enjoy not having to pick up the phone. They are always very friendly and make sure my every need is taken care of before they leave the chat.
I have never been able to get my items to show up in tracking, but they always arrive right when DD says they will!!!
I was very disappointed in the quality of the hcg I received in this order. My husband and I both ordered a vial. After several days into the protocol we were both sick and had no energy. If you know anything about the protocol - that is the complete opposite of what should happen (we've done the protocol before with great success)!
We tested our hcg and it was bad- as in not effective. It's disappointing that we were not able to lose any weight with it - especially considering the cost and time of delivery.
Overall I would still come back to PharmacyEscrow.com- I would just make sure to order a different brand of hcg and hopefully it won't come from the same place.
Thank you PharmacyEscrow.com for the outstanding service!! Without you I wouldn't be able to get hcg at all!!!

Easier to mix, longer to receive

I prefer this type of HCG for its ease in mixing, since there is no glass vial to "snap-break" to open - just remove the cap. However, this delivery took substantially longer to receive than my previous order from Europe.
