Good product but...

The product is very good. My only complaint is not the product itself but the charges for shipping and processing, ridiculous, need to work on this more in order to have increased business.

I found the real company to order

I found out about PharmacyEscrow.com when I started researching about the HCG diet. It was easy to find what I was looking for. I preferred the Pregnyl and Pharmacy Escrow gave me that option. When I had questions I was able to chat with someone. And with my busy life I was able to chat with someone at 10:00 PM. He did a wonderful job at answering all of my questions. My order arrived at the expected time. I was very pleased with the service I received and that's why I am now a returning customer!!

Very professional

I liked that I was informed of the status of my order every step of the way. From the initial ordering process to the day I received my product I felt like I was being taken care of. The product did take a while to arrive, I would have liked to have it sooner but I received it in good condition. I have no complaints about the quality of the product. And Pharmacy Escrow did an excellent job of making sure I knew what was happening with my product. Excellent customer service and the website is very easy to use. I will definitely use them again.

HCG order

I wasn't sure which HCG to order and wanted to make sure I got the power instead of the ampule form. I logged on to the live chat and someone on the other end was very helpful. I ordered OVIDAC regular shipping and it was at my door in 12 days via UPS. I gave 4 out of 5 stars because I was charged $25 for shipping a very small box.

HCG

I got what I ordered in a timely manner. The company was awesome with calling and updating me on my order, however, when you order a 23 day supply, it is really 15 so you need to order two vials at least. I now have to pay for shipping again to complete my needs. Make sure you watch all the videos completely and read all the material completely because that is where I was mistaken. The amount ordered is misleading a little. Otherwise, I highly recommend this site.

I would rate the quality of the product excellent, but I was not happy of the lack of support on the mixing. My husband threw away the directions on accident and when I called customer support, so I have no idea if I mixed it correctly! :(

Product is working great!!!

I had some reservations that a mail order product would be the genuine thing, but after reading the reviews about Pharmacy Escrow I decided to take a chance. I have not been disappointed. I ordered HCG and I am familiar with its efficacy having gone the more expensive route and did the program through a company in the US that charged more than $500. The HCG Pregnyl purchased through Pharmacy Escrow is authentic and I am achieving the same results as I did with the more expensive option I mentioned above. The only issue might be the ampule of HCG is difficult to break. I am an RN and I am familiar with opening ampules, but this one gave me much more of an issue. I had to resort to using a copper wire cutter, but the product itself is terrific. So based on the difficulty of the ampule opening I give 4 stars, but as for the efficiency and reliability of Pharmacy Escrow-- I give 5 stars

OVERALL, WHAT WAS ORDERED WAS DELIVERED. I WAS UNAWARE THAT THE MIXING UTENSILS ARE MAILED FIRST AND THE ACTIVE INGREDIENT COMES LATER. SO, I WAS A BIT BEFUDDLED THINKING THAT PART OF THE ORDER HAD BEEN LEFT OUT. ONCE THE PRODUCT ARRIVED, IT INVOLVES A STRANGE MIXING VARIATION WHICH INVOLVES SIPHONING OUT THE HCG FROM THE MIXING VILE. I HADN'T SEEN THAT BEFORE. I THINK, HOWEVER, THAT THE PRODUCT IS EFFECTIVE AND THE POTENCY IS WHAT IT IS ADVERTISED. IT'S A GOOD DEAL AND YOU WON'T FIND A BETTER PRICE..
