Great Product But Disappointed in Shipping

HCG Pregnyl is a great product from India and it really seems to work better than High Potency HCG I had previously ordered. I was even able to eat more than the 500 calories recommended on this diet. As long as I stuck with proteins and no carbohydrates I was able to eat more and lose 2 plus pounds a day, it is great. I absolutely love it. However, I was extremely disappointed in the Fed Ex Expedited Shipping that I paid extra for. It took just as long as my previous order did. It stated at the time I purchased the upgraded Fed Ex shipping that it would arrive in 3-5 business days. But then I received an email from them 6 days later after my initial order that it would arrive in 5-7 business days. I received my order over 2 weeks after my initial order and on top of that it was shipped via USPS but I had paid for Fed Ex. It was not worth it to pay extra for the expedited service. I am currently in the process of trying to get my money back for the shipping. They have always provided excellent customer service so I hope that they do the right thing in this situation as my initial request for a refund was not addressed.

Over the Top Customer Service

I am a newbie on the HCG diet and this was my first time ordering HCG. I chose Pharmacy Escrow because everyone online seemed to be using them and always talked about a great experience. The customer service I received was over the top outstanding. When I used the live chat they were able to answer all my questions. After placing the order I was contacted the next day being advised that my order was received. After the writing the review, I was then contacted again stating that all was good and that my credit card was being charged. They are very friendly people. Email confirmations with tracking information were very timely. The tracking was updated very regularly, but that was the shipper and not the pharmacy. I am very much looking forward to my next order.

Great customer Service

I was referred to PharmacyEscrow.com by Walter aka Gutless in Seattle. He raves about the product quality and service. I have to say that I agree with him 100% on the service. (I haven't tried the product yet.) I get a little nervous when I am given a tracking number and the shipper says it does not exist. I contacted Pharmacy Escrow who responded within a day and when I went to the shipper, the order number was found and I was able to track. It did take a little longer than I expected but not by much.
The package I received was a little damp but the vials themselves seem to be intact and no issues with them. One of the vials is about a year older than the other two so hopefully the potency isn't affected by the age. We shall see. I will begin using it 7/30.

The pharmacy escrow site was extremely helpful in getting the product I needed. Just a few suggestions. I would love to have been able to order hcg pregnyl sublingual drops. Also, would love to be able to order syringes, bacteriostatic water and amber vials...pretty much a complete hcg kit.

I was worried about ordering pharmaceuticals online, sight unseen, from a company I never dealt with previously, but after reading and researching the available sources of the products I required, on recommendation I chose Pharmacyescrow.com because of the unique concept of an agent to intercede in the case of erroneous orders. Placing the order was quite easy, as the online site is self-explanatory, but you DO have to be sure you start out at the home page if you've never bought through this supplier before, and follow any written or video instructions (which are shown on the site) that may apply to the products, since products do not come with any directions when shipped. I was a bit nervous at first, after placing my order, with the delivery taking so long because I received half of my order about 8 -9 days after ordering, but hadn't received the 2nd half. Finally, when I checked the tracking in the computer, (they had both shipped same time, from different locations), I realized the 2nd part would take longer due to overseas delivery. It arrived about a week after the first package. When I opened the packs, I wasn't sure if my order was correct - I had ordered sublinguals, and received packages that read "for injection only". So, after a call to the customer service dept., I found out I had the correct products, they are just packaged for either

Product delivered on time as promised!

I ordered the HCG injections and the HCG kit and the product arrived as they promised! I had a little trouble the first time I tried to check the status of the delivery but my questions were answered and the problem resolved by live chat with the representative. They were extremely polite, patient and very helpful. Once the product arrived I was a little confused about how to mix everything but I looked at the instructions in the free book they emailed me and was able to figure everything out! I am going to order another round now so that I will have it when finished with the first one! I would definitely recommend Pharmacy Escrow to my friends---and I have!

I like the website and the ease at finding my way around it to research and order products. I like that there are pharmaceutical options as well as a variety of generic brands for each prescription. These options helped me to feel in control of my order. I also appreciated that the prices were clearly posted so there were no "surprises" when I got my bill. The product arrived within the three week time frame I expected and I liked that I could track the shipment of my product. I have heard stories of people placing orders through on-line pharmacies, paying for the product, and then not receiving the product. Being able to track my order shipment helped to alleviate my anxiety about whether I would truly get what I paid for. The only negative thing I experienced would be that the product I received was not exactly what I had ordered. I ordered HCG Pregnyl 5000 i.u (High Purity) vials and got ampules instead. I checked the prices for the ampules vs. the vials and found they were the same so I was glad I had not paid a higher price for what I got. I just wasn't sure if I could "snap" the ampule top without losing some of the product or hurting myself. Neither of which proved to be a problem and I quickly became a prorofessional at opening ampules! I would trust purchasing through this website again but would hope to get exactly what I order next time around! I also found it difficult to understand the staff when I called with questions

Haven't started HCG yet, but the shipping on the kit was extremely prompt. I was surprised I got it so fast. The HCG itself, because it was coming from out of the country took a little longer. The tracking information did not work, and quite frankly, I was concerned. However, it did arrive in a few weeks and was packaged well. Also, this web site is very good at covering all the questions I have. I've gotten the product as promised and within reasonable amounts of time.
